校研究生会201X/11/7篇二：201X英语演讲比赛通知 201X年全国英语演讲比赛校内选拔赛通知第二十届中国日报社“21世纪·可口可乐杯”全国英语演讲比赛和201X“外研社”杯英语演讲比赛将于201X年10月正式启动。

两项赛事均为年度国家级比赛，我校选手选拔和指导任务由外语学院具体承担。

比赛分为校选赛、省决赛、全国总决赛三个阶段，现就校选赛具体事项通知如下：演讲题目（报名校选赛者两个题目均需准备）：1. change the unchangeable (需自加副标题，3 minutes)2. seeing is not believing (需自加副标题，3 minutes) 录制3分钟演讲视频：- 参赛者需自选教室，在讲台处演讲并录制视频。
