Module 2 No Drugs引言:英语学科属于基础学科,主要是让学生通过听、说、读、写等方面的语言实践活动去发展英语语言能力,培养良好的心理素质。
英语教学应强调使学生形成以交际能力为核心的英语语言运用素质。
教师要注意为学生营造一个能进行交际实践的学习环境,并充分利用信息技术,努力扩大学生的知识面,帮助学生构建自己的自主学习模式。
本课以素质教育为目的,结合教材重点,难点及英语学科特点,利用多媒体辅助教学,从视、听、说等方面使学生得到锻炼。
在愉快、轻松的氛围中达到运用英语交际的能力。

因此,尽管本模块的话题No Drugs对学生而言有着一定的难度,但却体现出了以学生为主体,老师为主导的特点。
同时在阅读、思考与讨论的基础上,从多方面认识吸毒的危害这一严重问题。
写下一篇阐明自己观点、立场与看法的短文。
学习者通过表达、沟通、解释、询问等各种语言形式来学习和掌握语言,实现目标。
教材分析:本模块以No Drugs为话题,通过阅读材料使学生对smoking 和 drugs有所了解,并且通过对这两个话题使学生更深刻地认识到 smoking 和 drugs 对人体造成的危害以及对社会造成的危害,以及可能引起的一些社会性问题,如:burglary, shoplifting 等。
从而鼓励学生远离烟和毒品,养成良好的生活习惯,关爱社会关爱他人,并通过所学知识运用恰当方式规劝他人也远离毒品。
教学任务:1. Introduction: 通过对抽烟数据的检测,让学生了解吸烟的危害,并通过英英释义的方式进一步熟悉词汇,最后利用对三个问题的讨论来引出另一个话题:2. Reading and Vocabulary: 阅读部分是打乱顺序的两篇不同类型的文章,通过给两篇文章选标题的方式培养学生的逻辑思维能力,然后通过练习使学生掌握有关的词汇,并培养学生获取准确信息的能力。

Reading and Vocabulary学习另外一些毒品的名称及相关的词汇。
通过学习一篇外国年轻人吸毒、戒毒的文章和另外一篇关于毒品危害性的文章让学生掌握这些相关词汇;通过完成相关的阅读练习来培养学生的阅读能力,让学生深刻体会到毒品对人心身的危害。
Grammar J学习动词不定式作目的状语,并弄清in order to和SO as to的用法。
Function学习SO,as a result of和as a result表示“结果”的用法,并通过练习来巩固所学内容。
Listening and Vocabulary首先让学生了解和学习有关犯罪的词汇,然后采用回答问题和完成句子的形式来对听力内容进行检测,培养学生的听力能力。

Module 2 No drugs一、教材分析本课时所教的是外研版高一上学期使用的必修⑵Module2中的Listeningandvocabulary和speaking部分的内容,是本模块的第三课时。
要求通过听的活动了解和学习有关吸毒和犯罪的词汇,培养表达结果,作总结逻辑思维能力和获取信息的能力。
Speaking讨论抽烟带来的危害,为了与听力部分的内容衔接,我对Speaking中的话题作个修改,把讨论吸烟的危害改编成毒品的危害。
在这节听说课之前,学生学习了Reading and vocabulary,通过阅读文章,已经掌握了部分抽烟、吸毒及其危害的词汇,本课时由复习旧课入手,引入新课的新词汇,并以听说为主线,对吸毒这一主题进行延伸和拓展。
二、教学目标本模块是通过学习表达吸毒及其危害的词语和其它语言形式,养成良好生活习惯,教育学生关爱社会,关爱他人,远离毒品。

不定式作状语表示目的时常用的结构为to do, only to do, in order to/so as to do。

学生在本课时学习毒品、毒品的危害和文章中Adam Rouse 染上毒品和因此而做出的违法犯罪行为以及最终成功戒毒而成为了一名在戒毒中心工作帮助那些需要戒毒的人的故事,从而让学生了解毒品对个人、家庭和社会的危害,并思考青少年应该怎么样做才能珍爱生命、远离毒品。
二、学情分析学生现处于高一上的后半学期,正处于刚刚升上高中的兴奋和对新学校、新同学、新的学习内容和新的学习要求的适应中,对新事物有很强的好奇心、接受能力。

Section ⅡGrammar语法一不定式作目的状语一、基本用法不定式作为非谓语动词的一种形式,在句子中可作主语、表语、宾语、补语、定语和状语。
不定式作状语表示目的时常用的结构为to do, only to do, in order to/so as to do。
二、位置不定式作状语表示目的,可以置于句首或句末,置于句首时通常用逗号与其他部分隔开。
①You must do everything yo u can to help them.你必须尽最大努力帮助他们。
②To search for the lost plane, the local government sent out hundreds of people.为了寻找那架失踪的飞机,当地政府派出了好几百人。
三、其他形式有时为了加强语气,可在不定式前加in order和so as,即构成in order to和so as to,但so as to不能放在句首。
①She studied very hard in order to/so as to pass the exam.为了通过考试,她非常努力地学习。
②In order to catch the first bus to work, he gets up early every day.为赶早班车去上班,他每天起得很早。
四、否定式不定式的否定结构应在不定式符号to前加否定词not,构成not to do, in order not to do或so as not to do结构。

[特别提醒] 不定式表示目的时,它的逻辑主语通常就是句子的主语;若不是,就用for结构表示逻辑主语。

[考情分析]非谓语动词是高中英语教学的重点和难点,也是历届高考的重点语法项目。
在近五年高考中,非谓语动词的考查每年都有所涉及,为高频出现题型,其中非谓语动词中涉及的语态和时态问题应重点掌握,并能识别谓语动词和非谓语动词,掌握非谓语动词作宾语、定语、状语、补语时的区别以及非谓语动词各种构成形式、所表示的时间和逻辑关系,现在分词和不定式作结果状语时的区别应引起足够重视。
批语非谓语动词中的现在分词和过去分词都不能作目的状语。

[特别提醒]1.so that既可引导目的状语从句,又可引导结果状语从句。
引导目的状语从句时,相当于in order that,且从句中常有may, might, can, could, would等情态动词。
He got up early so that he could get to school on time.他起得很早,以便能准时到校。
2.倒装结构:为强调so... that...结构中的形容词或副词,可以把so放在句首,主句用部分倒装结构。

[考情分析]状语从句包括时间、地点、条件、让步、原因、目的和结果状语从句。
高考中状语从句的考查主要集中在对连词的含义及其用法的掌握上,并能区别一些连词。
同时注重考查状语从句的时态和省略。
考查不同的连词在不同的语境中所表示的不同意义也是重点。
当然,结果状语从句是考点之一,该考点的难点是正确判断so... that... 和such... that... 结构的区别以及so和such的选择。
