5A景区知识

1.什么是5A级旅游景区?答:5A级旅游景区是目前全国旅游景区(点)最高等级的景区。

较4A级旅游景区更加注重人性化、细节化、特色性,更能反映出游客对旅游景区的普遍心理需求,突出以游客为中心,强调以人为本。

2.旅游景区质量等级划分为几级?答:共5级,从高到低依次为5A、4A、3A、2A、1A级旅游景区。

3.5A评价的内容是什么?等级评定的标准是什么?答:5A评价的内容主要有四大项:服务质量与环境质量、景观质量、游客意见、年接待海内外旅游者数量。

等级评定标准是:中华人民共和国国家标准《旅游景区质量等级的划分与评定》(GB/17775—2003),国家旅游局颁布的评定细则:细则一《服务质量与环境质量评分细则》1000分,5A级旅游景区需达到950分。

细则二《景观质量评分细则》100分,5A级旅游景区需达到90分、细则三《游客意见评分细则》100分,5A级旅游景区需达到90分。

年接待海内外旅游者60万人次以上,其中海外旅游者人数5万人次以上。

4.5A创建的目的是什么?答:国家旅游局开展5A创建工作,目的就是促使各级地方政府加大投资力度以改善硬件设施,强化管理和服务以提升软件水平,并在全国现有的A级旅游景区中筛选出一批质量过硬,符合境内外游客需求,在国际上有竞争力,在国内真正成为标杆的旅游精品景区。

5.5A创建的作用是什么?答:国家旅游局将对5A级旅游景区,建立资料库,编制成科学的旅游线路、宣传手册、光碟等,通过国家旅游局及其驻外机构这个大平台,在境内外宣传促销,广泛推介,组织中国5A级旅游景区精品巡回展等。

可以说,谁拥有5A金字招牌,谁就拥有更多的境内外客源市场份额,使之既有社会效益,更有直接的经济效益,改变以往“创建”只有社会效益,没有直接经济效益的现象。

例:There is a pencil in the pencil-box.(改为否定句)There isn't a pencil in the pencil-box.There are some crayons on the desk.(改为否定句)There aren't any crayons on the desk.3.“some”和“any”都有“一些”的意思.“some”一般用于肯定句,“any”用于否定句和一般疑问句。
