翻译服务报价规范第一部分:笔译(初稿)1. 适用范围:本规范适用于翻译服务(笔译)业务,不包括口译服务。

2. 本规范定义翻译服务(笔译)报价相关的任务与报价方式,包含笔译服务报价项定义及模型两个部分。

3. 笔译服务报价项定义3.1 译前准备文件译前的准备工作属于翻译服务的一部分,是在翻译前,由项目管理人员对待译文件和资源进行必要处理的过程。

3.1.1 工作内容:1) 清点、整理、审阅和分析待译文件。

2) 复印、扫描或打印需翻译的文件,在保证原文件完整的前提下,分解原文生成适合交付翻译的部分。

3) 对文件格式进行必要的转换,生成适合翻译的文档。

4) 创建并经顾客审核同意的专业词汇/术语表和专有名词表。

5) 对原文中的图表,参照译文编排要求进行先期处理,生成适合翻译和编排处理的图表格式。

3.1.2报价方式:2) 按小时数计费。

3.2 翻译将待译文件的内容由源语言转换为书面目标语言,并使翻译后的译文符合顾客要求的过程。

3.2.1工作内容:1) 翻译:由有专业语言翻译经验的翻译人员,在遵循顾客的要求及拟定的专业术语表和专有名词表的前提下,完成待译文件的翻译工作。

2) 审核:由符合资格要求的专业语言翻译经验的审校人员,根据原文对已完成翻译的译稿进行逐字逐句审校,并根据上下文统一专有词汇。

3) 译文完整性和准确度检查:对已完成审核的译文进行检查,确保译文完整,其内容和术语应当基本准确,语言流畅、意思表达明确无歧义,以及对经识别翻译准确度把握不大的个别部分加以注明等。

4) 内部质量保证检查:在翻译/审核过程中或提交译件给客户之前,由质检人员按一定比例抽检。

然后,根据检查结果采取必要的措施,如更正发现的问题或者返工。
