功能结构以How do you come to school? I come to school by bus.为主,结合学习How do they / does he go to ...? They go / He goes to ... by ... 句型,了解do 在不同的人称I/he/she/they作主语的句子中的不同形式。
通过本单元的学习,为学生在真实、宽松、开放的学习环境中提供更多的语言输入和输出的平台,使他们在实践中领悟语言知识、并能够创造性地使用语言,提高其综合运用语言的能力。
本单元分为4个课时。
第一课时以Part A中Let’s learn部分的词汇教学为主,教师主要介绍生活中的交通工具;第二课时以Part A中Let’s talk部分的会话教学为主,主要学习如何询问和描述所乘坐的交通工具;第三课时拓展学习Part B 中Let’s learn more部分的How do they / does he go to ... ? They go / He goes to ... by ...句型;第四课时教师结合Let’s sing部分处理Part B和Part C剩余的活动,引导学生对本单元内容进行复习和检测。

一、教学目标
1. 能演唱Let’s Sing部分的歌曲,并能通过演唱复习巩固如何询问和描述乘坐的交通工具。
2. 能顺利完成Listen and tick部分的听力,检测听力水平。
3. 完成Look and say部分和Read and match部分的内容。
二、教学准备
1. 教师准备:
(1) Let’s sing部分和Listen and tick部分的教学音频。
(2) 家庭成员卡片和课本人物卡片。
(3) —些地点的代表性图片。
2. 学生准备:一种交通工具的玩具。
三、教学方法建议
课程导入(Leading In)
(1)课前热身
1. 教师课前将学生准备的玩具收集起来,放在一个黑色的袋子里。
2. 教师选择任意一张或者几张人物长片,让学生根据卡片内容任意提问:How do you go to ...? / How do they / does he / she go to ... ?
3. 请一位学生上台摸一摸袋子里的玩具,并根据摸到的玩具回答问题。
(2)新课导入
学生间相互询问How do you go to... ?,如:
S1: How do you go to ... ?
S2.I go to ... What about you?
S3: ...
课程展示活动和过程的设计建议(presentation)
(1)Part B: Let’s sing
1. 教师播放歌曲,让学生欣赏歌曲,了解歌词大意。
2. 教师可以根据需要,选择教唱、范唱、学生集体唱和小组合作演唱的形式进行。
3. 鼓励学生对歌曲进行改编,也可以让学生将唱演相结合。
(2)Part C: Listen and tick
1. 教师播放Listen and tick部分的录音,要求学生仔细观察图片,并根据录音内容在表格中勾出相应的图片。
录音内容如下:
1. I go to school by bus.
2. — How do you go to the zoo?
—By taxi.
3. —Do you go to Beijing by train?
—Yes, I do.
4. — How do you go to Dalian?
—I go to Dalian by ship.

2. 教师根据听力内容设置问题进行提问,检查学生对所学内容的熟悉和掌握程度。
以下问题可供参考:

操练活动的设计与实施建议(Practice Activities)
(1)Part C: Look and say
1. 教师将所准备的地点图片贴在黑板上。
2. 从所准备的交通工具玩具中选出bus, train, ship, taxi, plane, car, bike, 并播放音乐。
比学生一起传递玩Passing Down的游戏。
3. 音乐停止之后,教师任意说一种交通工具,如“taxi”,则拿到taxi玩具的学生要立即起立说“by taxi”,坐在他后而的学生接着选择黑板上任意的地点片并造句:I go to ... by taxi.反应慢的学生将被淘汰。
(本环节的意图在于练习句型,教师可以扩展句型和词汇,不必拘泥于书上的四幅图)
(2)Part C: Read and match
1. 教师要引导学生仔细观察本部分的图片,引发学生思考,教师可以通过设计问题来让学生描述片内容。
以下问题可供参考:
Question1: How many people are there in the picture?
Question 2: Who are they? / Who is she?
Question 3: How do they / does he / she go to ...?
They go / He / She goes to ...
2. 学生自读句子,比一比谁读得更流利。
3. 教师引导学生找出句子中的关键词,然后要求学生根据内容将相符的句子和图片连线。
