Step 1 Revision
1. Look at these pictures and revise these words.
2. Retell the passage in 2b with the help of the passage structure.
3. Have the students look at the interesting and fun things in our school this term.
【设计意图】通过复习词汇、复述2b的文章以及创设情景，调动学生复习已学知识，为后面的学习提供知识储备。

Step 2 Pre-writing
Work on 3a
1. Complete the note with the words in the box.
2. Check the answers with your partner. Have one or two students read theirs to the whole class.
3. Lead the students to summarize how to write a note.
【设计意图】通过让学生完成填空练习的活动，引导学生归纳总结写便条的几点要素。

Work on 3b
Talk about what activities they’d like to invite their friend to in their school and when the activity is. Have at least three to five students show their opinions.
Step 3 While-writing
1. Write down their friends’ information, such as names, hobbies and so on.
2. Ask the students if they write a note to invite their friend what they should tell their friend in the note. And then try to write a note with the help of the template in 3a.
