NP311产品手册
简介NP311是一款可以让原有RS-232、RS-485、RS-422 串行设备，如门禁系统、考勤系统、保全系统、PLC、CNC、仪控设备…等，立即具备连网能力的高性能串口设备联网服务器。
NP311一方面从以太网获取UDP或TCP数据包，经内部解包提取数据后按NP311的串口设置要求由RS-232/485/422接口发送出去。
另一方面NP311从RS-232/485/422接口获取数据，在NP311内部打包成UDP或TCP数据格式经以太网口发送给目的设备。
NP311采用8位RISC单片机，提供一个RS-232串口，一个RS-484/422共用端子，安装随附于NP311的Serial 程序组后，可对其进行设置、韧件升级。
同时，使用程序组中的虚拟串口软件，用户可以在Windows操作系统中创建出与真实串口无区别的虚拟串口，用户可不需修改原有基于COM通讯软件。
同时，提供简单的联网方式，不但无需改变现有的硬件设备，而且保证了未来网络的扩充，通过简单的设置就可以实现串行设备的立即联网，支持串行与网络接口之间双向传输数据。

The balance of the output on the reference voltage depends on matched ratios of the resistors. CMRR, PSRR, and cancellation of the second harmonic distortion diminish if resistor mismatch occurs. Therefore, it is recommended to use 1% to lerance resistors or better to keep the performance optimized. Matching is more important than over all tolerance. In addition to these features, higher value of Riminimizes pop noise.InputCapacitors(Ci)In thet ypical application, an input capacitor, Ci, is required to allow the amplifier to biasthe input signal to the proper DC level for optimum operation. In this case,C iand the minimum input impedance Ri form is a high-pass filter with the corner frequency determined in the follow equation:It is important to consider the value of Ciasit Directly affects the lowfrequency performance of the circuit. For example, when Ri is 150k and the specification calls for a flat bass response are down to 150Hz .Equation is reconfigured asfollowed:When input resistance variation is considered, The Ci is 7nF, so one would likely choose a value Of 10nF. Afurther consideration for this capacitor is the leakage path from the inputs ource through the input network ( Ci, Ri+ Rf ) to the load. This leakage current creates a DC offset voltage at the input to the amplifier that reduce suseful headroom, especially in high gain applications. For this reason, alow-leakage tantalum or ceramic capacitor is the best choice. When polarized capacitors areu sed, the positive side of the capacitor should face the amplifier input in most applications as the DC level is held at VDD/2, which is likely higher than the source DC level. This shutdown feature turns theamplifier off when logic low is placed on the /SDpin. By switching the shutdown pin connected to GND, the MD3113 supply current draw will be Minimized in idle mode. UnderVoltageLock-out(UVLO)The MD3113 incorporates circuitry designed to detect low supply voltage. When the supply voltage drops to 2.3 V or below, the MD3113 goes into a state of shutdown , and the device comes out of its shutdown state and restore to normal function only when reset the power supply or /SD pin.Short Circuit Protection (SCP)The MD3113 has short circuit protection circuitry on the outputs to prevent the device from damage when output-to-output shorts or output-to-GND shorts occur. When a short circuit occurs, the device I mmediately goes into shutdown state. Once the short is removed, the device will be reactivated.Over Temperature Protection (OTP)Thermal protection on the MD3113 preventsthe device from damage when the internal die temperature exceeds 135C. There is a 15 C tolerance on this trip point from device to device. Once the die temperature exceeds the set point, the device wil lenter the shutdown state and the outputs are disabled. This is not alatched fault.The thermal fault is cleared once the temperature of the die decreased by 30 C. For the best power-off pop performance, the amplifier should be set in shutdown mode prior to removing the power supply voltage.PCB Layout GuidelinesGroundingIt is recommended to use plane grounding or separate grounds. Do not use one line connecting power GND and analog GND. Noise currents in the output power stage need to be returned to output noise ground and nowhere else. When these currents circulate elsewhere, they may get into the power supply, or the signal ground, etc, even worse, they may form a loop and radiate noise. Any of these instances results in degraded amplifier performance. The output noise ground that the logical returns for the output noise currents associated with class D switching must tie to system ground at the power exclusively. Signal currents for the inputs, reference need to be returned to quite ground. This ground only ties to the signal components and the GND pin. GND then ties to system ground. Power Supply LineAs same to the ground, VDD and PVDD need to be separately connected to the system power Supply .It is recommended that all the trace could be routed as short and thick as possible. For the power line layout, just imagine water stream, any barricadeplacedinthetrace(showninfigure2)could result in the bad performance of theamplifier.Components PlacementDecoupling capacitors-As previously described, the high-frequency 1uF decoupling capacitors should be placed as close to the power supply terminals (VDD and PVDD) as possible. DD311是单一通道输出的LED恒流驱动器，内建电流镜与电流开关机制，是专为驱动大 功率LED而设计的芯片。DD311可驱动高达1安培的沈入电流（sink current），并可透过调整 参考输入电流(IREF)，来任意设定输出电流的大小。输出电流值约为100倍的IREF，IREF可由调 整外挂电阻或偏压(bias)电压来设定。微调或致能偏压(bias)电压可以实现单颗LED亮度校正或 多颗LED间整体亮度同时调整。芯片的输出端可承受电压高达33V，支持多颗大功率LED的串 接应用。并具有输出使能端(Enable)可实现控制颜色变化的进阶应用。

目前，家用计算机仍然是以ATX为主流，未来BTX标准也已经出台。然而，与2GHz主频的P4相比，AT架构（586时代）的计算机虽然在人们的印象中早以沦落成了垃圾，（没有了印象）但其在库房管理、酒店记帐打单和制作路由器共享网络等方面还具有一定的利用价值。只是配件好寻电源难觅，就让我们把触手可及的ATX电源改造成AT电源。
与ATX电源插针对比，（图三）示出的AT电源12根主供电插针中，不含有3.3V供电端子，也少了5VSB备用电源端子，而且，电源开关设计在电网供电的一端。外形相同的P8、P9两组插头因不完善的防呆设计，必须要黑线对黑线并排地插入到AT架构的主板中。充分了解了ATX电源与AT电源之间的输出差异，再实施改造自然是手到擒来。首先，要从已经损坏的AT电源盒的PCB板上焊下P8、P9两组电源插头，并参照（图三）给出的接线规则一一对应接入。值得注意的是：原ATX电源20针插头要保留，且仍然使用AT机箱中的具有自锁功能的电源开关，舍去一臂，另一臂的两棵线分别接在ATX电源的14号线（绿色）和任意黑色线上，做好绝缘（最好套入热缩管）。拥有这样一个AT架构和ATX（含PⅢ、P4）架构都能胜任的电源盒，DIY过程中一切因电源盒不兼容而引发的的装配问题都会迎刃而解。

Please see specific Dell PC compatibility for each power supply, listed on page 2.C o n t e n t sThis package should contain:• 1 x Power supply• 1 x Standard power cable• 1 x Instruction manual1Instruction Manual C o m p a t i b i l i t yIn s t a l l a t i o n1.Installation of a power supply requires some mechanical skill and requires that you open your computer case to disconnect and reconnect wires.If you are unfamiliar with this kind of work, consider bringing your computer and new power supply to your local computer store for help.2.Check the red switch on the rear of the power supply, next to the power cord plug.Be sure it is set to the correct voltage for your country.In North America, it should read "115".In Europe and Australia it should read "230".To change the switch, use a screwdriver in the notch of the switch and slide it to the opposite side.If you are unsure of the voltage used in your country, contact your electricity provider before proceeding.3.If you are replacing an old power supply in your computer, ensure the computer is shut down and disconnect the power cord from the back of the old supply.4.Open your computer case.In most designs, the case is opened by removing two or three screws at the rear of the case and then sliding the covering panel backward until it comes free.If your case is a tower style, ensure that you remove the panel that will expose the top of the computer's motherboard.This is generally the left-side panel.There are many different case designs, however, so if you are unsure of how to open your particular case, consult the user manual for your case or contact your local computer store for help.5.With the computer case open, review the connectors being used from your old power supply.If you are building a new computer, review the connectors that you will need to use.Check the type of connector on your motherboard and use either the 24 or 20 pin ATX power connector on the power supply as appropriate.6.Disconnect the old power supply connections from inside your computer.Hard disk drive, CD drive and floppy disk drive connectors disconnect by pulling on theconnector.The motherboard connector(s) have a clip that must be pressed while pulling on the connector to release them.A rocking motion while pulling will aid in getting the connectors loose.Never pull on the wires of a connector to unplug it.7.Check that all the wires from your old power supply are free.Remove the four screws on the rear of your old power supply to free it from the computer case.Support the power supply with one hand if it could fall while removing the last screw.(Such as in a tower style case.)
