I had a good time yesterday afternoon. I played football with my friends in the rain. It’s really exciting. But I didn’t feel well this morning. I had a headache and a fever, and I also had a sore throat. So I had to see the doctor. He said I had a bad cold. He asked me to drink more water, and should lie down and rest for a while. Ha gave me some medicine, too. I’m feeling better now after I took the medicine.

T hank you for your last e-mail. L et me tell you what we did on 5th March in our school. W e, the volunteers went to the old people’s home and did many things there.

When the old people saw us, they were very happy. W e gave them lots of flowers and fruit. W e did cleaning for them. A fter that we talked with them happily. S ome of us sang great songs for them. A nd others danced. They told us old stories. A ll of us had a good time there.

I felt happy that I cared for the old people and showed our respect for them. I f I have another chance to go there, I will take it.

O n Saturday morning, I got up at about seven o’clock. A fter breakfast, I went to the store and bought some food for my family. I like doing the shopping because it’s interesting. T hen I swept the floor. I didn’t do any washing and the dishes. I n the afternoon I cleaned up the yard. A fter that, I folded my clothes and make the bed.

O n Sunday morning, I did some washing for my family. A lthough Ii hated washing, I had to do it because my mother looked too busy. I should help her do chores.
