一、说教材处理

1、教材的地位和作用

冀教版七年级英语第五单元是围绕“Home and family”这个话题展开的,Lesson 34是本单元的第二课时,内容涉及家庭成员的介绍及其工作。

2、学情分析

从七年级学生已有的知识储备,生活经验和认知水平,再加上他们对英语有着强烈的求知欲和好奇心,以及他们在活动中乐于表现自己的特点。通过课堂上一系列的教学活动,激发和培养学生的学习兴趣,鼓励学生大胆实践,勇于探索。

3、教学目标

结合上面对教材和学情的分析,根据新的英语课程标准,依据学生现有的知识水平和年龄、心理特点,确定本课的教学目标:

(1)知识目标:a:熟练掌握下列单词:bus driver worker police officerb:学习并掌握以下日常用语:this is jenny's family . The smith family (2)能力目标:结合教学培养学生获取信息、处理信息的能力,以及学生的想象力、自学能力。

(3)德育目标:通过对家庭成员的学习,培养学生热爱了解自己的家庭,热爱家庭。(4)重点与难点:依据本课的教学内容和学生的实际情况,我确立本课的知识目标和能力目标为教学重点,同时能力目标又是教学的难点。

二、说教法和学法

为了使师生的劳动付出最少,又能达到教学的最佳效果,我在选择教法时,注重遵循“教学有法、教无定法、贵在得法”的原则,我综合运用具有启发作用的视听法、讨论法和活动法实施教学。这样通过学生活动,调动学生内因,引导学生自主探究解决问题的方式。不仅可以加深对知识系统和结构的理解,而且可以培养学生探究问题的兴趣,通过师生、生生互动,还可以使师生关系更融洽,也培养了学生的合作精神。

一、教材分析
