表格式英语书面表达指导与训练表格式英语作文一般是在表格中给出一定的内容和情景,要求写一篇120词左右的短文。
它属于控制型写作的范畴。
历年高考都有此类型的作文,可算是高考作文类型中的“不倒翁”。
表格式英语作文主要具备以下特点:1.题材涉及广泛,如人物介绍、地点介绍、新闻报道、生活话题及社会热门话题;体裁多种多样,包括应用文(书信、日记、通知、发言稿、寻物及招领启事等)、说明文、记叙文、议论文等。
2.与看图作文不同,表格作文提示点一目了然,需要表达的信息一览无余。
答题时无须花过多的时间去揣摩写作内容,要点一般不会遗漏。
3.与汉语提示作文不同,表格中通常是以不完整的汉语句子(包括术语或概括性的短语)作为提示形式出现。
这样既能够让考生获得命题人所要求的信息,又留给考生一定的发挥空间,因而要求考生具备很强的语言驾驭能力和语篇整合能力。
一、表格作文写作指导第一步,审题,做到四确定。
(1)确定体裁格式;(2)确定主体时态;(3)确定中心人称;(4)确定内容要点。
第二步,拟定提纲,布局谋篇。
(1)创造良好的开端;(2)丰富多彩的叙述;(3)巧妙适当的过渡;(4)自然完美的结尾。
第三步,词汇大搜索(注意“参考词汇”的提示作用),遣词造句,行文成篇。
二、表格作文写作应注意的事项1.注意格式,避免填表式表达表格提示题虽然以表格作为提示形式,但要求以短文的形式(包括不同的文体)来表达。
答题时应注意不同文体的格式,切忌将短文写成履历表。
误例1人物介绍Name:Wang Shan Sex:female Age:16School:Bening Yangguang Middle School这种填表式表达显然不符合考试要求。

所谓(半)开放作文,是相对于我们过去一直沿用的“书面表达”这种指 导性写作(Guided Writing)而言的。它是一种比传统的“书面表达”限制 较少的、留给考生自由发挥空间更多的考查学生书面表达能力的一种题 型。(半)开放作文属于命题作文,考生要根据所给命题,独立进行构思, 并必须做适当的发挥。它在一定的程度上考查了考生的写作能力,即要 求考生根据写作动机选择相应的写作策略,并根据自己已有的相应知识 完成写作。

为此,我在教学中总结出了一些经验。
一、结构清晰面对半开放式英文书面表达,教师应指导学生以所给的有限的语言信息为依托,构建自己的写作体系。
比如,拟定三段式,各段的主题要鲜明,就基本搭建了文章的框架。
假设你叫李华,昨天收到了在某网站订购的一款iPod touch播放器,你发现收到的商品存在问题:订购的播放器内存是64GB,而收到的播放器的内存是32GB。
请你写一封投诉信给美国苹果公司,要求对方道歉并赔偿。
构思:三段式。
(1)存在的问题。
(2)要求解决方式:道歉并赔偿。
(3)结束语。
二、要点展开第一段:存在的问题。

Looking forward to your early reply.三、难点突破在细化表达的过程中,学生会遇到一些动词短语和名词短语的困难,所以笔者指导学生努力使用所学固定短语或变通成地道的表达,切忌自己以汉语为基础自编短语。
例如:订购——order/place an order for sth.内存是32GB ——I got a touch with 32 GB. 或 The iPod touch has a RAM of 32 GB.赔偿——give me some compensation/compensate for / make up for my loss.四、句式选择短语解决之后,选择句型句式,做到长短结合,句式多样。

浅谈英语高考半开放式作文的备考策略纵观近几年各省高考英语试题中书面表达题的命题思路,有一种从指导性写作逐步向半开放式写作过渡的趋势。
半开放式写作,就是提供给考生一定的材料(包括图、文或图文结合)进行作文,这样既限制了考生随心所欲的思维,又给予考生适当的发挥空间。
这种命题方式能较好地考查考生的语言组织能力、书面表达能力以及思维能力。
因此,教师在指导学生进行半开放式英语写作复习时,应从以下三个方面入手。
一、加大语言输入,夯实英语基础有足够的输入,才能有充足的输出。
中学阶段的语言基础主要指基本句型、词汇和语法,没有这些语言基础,要学好写作也就如镜中观花,可望而不可即。
光多记单词还不够,还要正确理解单词的意义,了解单词的用法、搭配、褒贬义、感情色彩等。
现在高考英语写作变得越来越灵活,考生平时就要加强阅读,加强语言积累,在考试中写出亮点。
【举例一】使用“高级词汇”这里所说的“高级词汇”,指的是大纲中没有列入或没有识记要求,但在实际运用中却出现比较频繁的词汇,比如:frustration, awkward, awfully, concern等词,都可以算做是“高级词汇”。
考生若能够适当地运用一些“高级词汇”,定会给阅卷老师留下深刻的印象。
如将“The question is really difficult to understand”用使用“高级词汇”的句子“The question is really confusing”替换,效果就大不一样。
【举例二】使用同义词使用相应的同义词替代使用频率非常高的常用词,做到与众不同,定能给评卷老师带来清新的感觉。
如将“He was such a clever boy that...”改成“He was such a smart boy that...”。
【举例三】适当运用短语取代单词使用短语的难度比单词要大一些,因此,适当运用短语更能显示考生的功力。
如将“I'm extremely busy now”改成“I'm now as busy as a bee”。
