本单元共有7个部分,分六个课时进行教授。
从教材的整合来说,本部分既是对第一册学习动物园里的动物的巩固和延续,让学生学会如何简单的表达自己的喜好。
上好本单元,既可让知识学习具有一定的延续性,又可为下面的教学做好铺垫,对旧知识的复习巩固和今后的英语教学具有重要的意义。
为了拓展学生的知识面,我让学生自主学习,去探究更多的有关农场动物的单词。

Unit 8 On the farm(B1)案例与反思《基础教育课程改革纲要》明确提出:要转变学生的学习方式,倡导以“主动参与,乐于探究,交流与合作”为主要特征的新的学习方式;要努力培养学生的实践能力和创新意识。
“先学后教,当堂训练”的理念应运而生。
“先学后教,当堂训练”教学模式的研究,就是要求学生在教师的引导下开展自主、合作、探究式的学习。
“先学”主要是指教师简明扼要地提出学习目标和自学方法等要求,学生在规定的时间内自学相关内容。
“后教”是指针对学生自学中暴露出来的问题及练习中的错误,教师引导学生研讨解决,教师只作评定、补充或更正。
”当堂训练”着重是让学生通过一定量的训练,应用所学知识解决问题,巩固理解课堂上所学的重、难点知识,形成能力。
“先学后教,当堂训练”这种有效的教学模式,有利于培养小学生的自学能力,让学生学会预习和自主学习。
英语整体语言教学理念与“先学后教,当堂训练”模式相吻合,结合可操作性强的课堂教学评价机制更利于学生自主、合作、探究式地学习。

教学内容及学生情况分析:◆本单元的课题是“on the farm”,它的教学内容主要是学生在学会了句型“there’s / there are___.”的基础上,进一步学习用英语句型“there’s/there are______.”来介绍农场中的动物;运用句型“what’s your favourite animal?i like...”来调查和了解各自喜欢的动物以及用以前学过的形容词来描述农场中的动物。
小孩子喜欢动物,尤其是低年级的孩子。
对于二年级的孩子来说,这个单元的教学内容应该是比较有趣且很适合他们的年龄特点的。
本单元的教学重点是学习关于动物的单词:chicken,cow,duck,horse,pig,sheep;学习介绍农场里的动物数量;学会与别人交流、调查各自喜欢的动物及描述动物。

《On the farm》教学设计设计者:江苏省泗阳双语实验学校李尹教学课题:译林版《牛津小学英语》6A第五单元PartA(Listen,read and say)教材分析:本课是江苏译林版牛津英语6A Unit5的中第一教时的内容,这是学生初次接触过去时,只要求学生能在教学过程中,掌握其时态结构和过去分词的构成,并能对自己在过去做的一些事情进行描述。
由于之前已经学过一般现在时,所以在制定教学步骤的过程中,通过和一般现在时进行比照,来掌握一般过去式的结构。
