安装终检规范分为电/扶梯终检规范两大类;每大类还分常规项和非常规项:电梯终检规范:常规项是指符合大多数电梯安装标准,通用性比较强;非常规项是比较特殊的梯种和比较少见的安装要求,其安装工艺的不同和终检要求就不同,电梯终检规范把非常规项分为液压梯、高速梯(大于等于2.5m/s)、无机房电梯、汽车梯、货梯。

扶梯终检规范:常规项是指符合大多数扶梯/人行道的安装标准,通用性比较强;扶梯非常规项:并列扶梯、桁架拼接安装要求,扶梯非标配的相关要求指导。

安装终检规范序号栏内带※的为重点项,终检时属于必检项目;终检规范拦为质量检查标准,所有质量检查参照此标准执行;评分标准栏为具体评分细则,终检质量评分办法(– /100 ;检查方法栏是提供初学者尽快掌握终检要领的指导意见;责任方栏分别是指:“A”表示安装部门、“B”表示工厂、“C”表示客户;因公司产品改进更新较快,安装终检规范将在每年底组织人员进行修改更新,参与修改人员保留编制小组成员外,还包括各分公司终检管理人员。

用友中国Office 2007 专业版重装及破解指南针对重装OFFICE2007ufida-linwei2013-01-24本人亲自试验测试过,在此做个分享记录昨天出了一个小问题却让我麻烦了一下午,office2007坏了,word之类的文件不能正常识别,一开始我觉得没什么重装就行了,可是就是装不上,总是出错或者提示安装遇到问题。

浪费了半天时间,终于解决了,网上的一些方法虽然可行但是并不保险(就是网上提供的方法没解决我的问题),我是结合了网上的一些方法最终解决的问题,所以我特此写了篇博文分享大家。

首先,我们先下载一个office2007的卸载工具,地址如下/soft/12847.html提示:如果你的机器里面安装了360安全卫士,那么请先暂时关闭360安全卫士。

因为360会报告下载的卸载工具为木马病毒,这是误报!只有禁用360安全卫士后才能正常运行office2007卸载工具。

本工具其实是清理所有和office2007有关的注册表。

还可以下载用:RipOutOffice2007.exe1.下载word另存为PDF和XPS:/download/f/4/b/f4bfd843-a0b6-4031-aa98-0a3db7403d0f/SaveAsPDFandXPS.exe 接下来用完工具还需要手动卸载:一、Office 2007文件夹文件1、按住winkey(windows徽标键)+R,输入%windir%Installer,回车。

打开installer文件夹。

2、右键点击窗口右边的空白处,查看-详细信息。

3、到资源管理器菜单栏,查看,勾选状态栏。

这样您就可以在资源管理器最下面的状态栏看到文件的详细信息。

4、依次点击每个MSI,留意看状态栏的详细信息。

找到每个office2007的相关文件,这可能包括word2007等相关组件。

5、在每个office2007的msi上,点击右键,选择卸载。

二、Office Source Engine服务1、按住winkey(windows徽标键)+R,输入services.msc,回车。

本程序可识别出供应商质量体系的优势及劣势,从而找出需要改进的领域。

通过对其质量体系的了解并实施改进计划,供应商能够改进整体质量、可靠性以及供货产品全部部件的成本、对UTC提供和其他关键客户一样的服务本UTC Q+程序工具包包括供应商自我评估及详尽的UTC现场审核流程。

这些工具能够使UTC评估供应商的质量体系、过程控制能力的发展状态,从而建议并帮助供应商实施改进工作。

范围UTC要求Q+程序用于支持供应链管理活动。

Q+ 方法UTC Q+根据质量体系和过程控制类别划分为7大模块。

这些类别共包括25项条款。

各条款通常遵循ISO9001:2001要求,并增加了特定要求以确保取得有效的过程控制及质量效果。

前6个模块(24种条款)为强制性程序,第7个模块则作为UTC各业务单位的可选程序。

奥的斯公司一直采用7个模块进行评估。

Q+ 等级此25项Q+条款的每项都包含四个可能的符合级别,其中四级(L-4)为最高水准。

Q+符合级别定义如下:为了使供应商达到特定的级别,考核等级的规定是累积式的:要达到某个级别的认证,供应商必须符合该级别的所有特征以及前面所有级别的特征。

每个UTC供应商在进行所有条款的评估后会获得其中最低的级别为自己的Q+级别(例如供应商24项条款的评估结果为二级,1项条款的评估结果为一级,则该供应商最终评级为一级)。

一级未达标准该供应商业务运作中至少有一个领域仅达到最低标准程序或流程。

有可能其操作程序不受控。

其特征是缺少文件化的程序、历史文件或测量标准、操作说明残缺不全、无纠正改进措施。

该公司仅仅“JUST MAKE THINGS(处于‘仅做东西’的状态)”。

二级达到标准(符合合格供应商的最低要求)该供应商业务运作中具备基本控制,其大多数程序处于受控状态。

其系统中可能存在漏洞,一些程序和设备未能包含在内。

其特征是已经具备文件化的程序或其他种类的形式化的程序,定义了的指导文件,在组织机构内公布结果,纠正措施明确,书面的培训记录。

该供应商管理符合5S标准。

三级达到Q+ 标准该供应商业务运作中具备现代企业的系统,程序受控并体现出对质量的承诺。

其系统具有基于数据统计的可衡量的结果、具有可靠的反馈和改进程序。

其设备维护良好,并且可以按需投资购买新设备。

四级质量增强体系该公司是业界领袖,具有强有力的/精力充沛的程序,能够展示积极的结果和现代化的设备。

系统维护体现在明确的常规性改进过程中。

机器设备趋向于行业中最先进的水平。

“过关”问题大多数情况下UTC力图寻找结果,而不希望规定出达到该结果而采取的最佳方法。

但是在一些情况下,经验表明特定的活动是有效生产体系的特征显示。

Q+的目标在于灵活,而不是期望系统的完美。

为了确保这些重要活动可以实施,很多模块包含“过关”问题,只有得到肯定的答案,才可以进入更高评估等级。

这些“过关”问题清晰地描述针对负面答案的限制条件,其文字以阴影突出显示。

当UTC 认为这些“过关”问题十分重要时,供应商可以通过指出其为达到相同结果而做出的其它特定活动,也可以忽略这些“过关”问题。

“过关”条款以阴影标示并带有#符号。

信息部分不同模块可能包含部分条款需要数据或其它特定信息的记录。

目的是帮助供应商进行评估并便于为奥的斯公司提供对重要信息的记录。

Q+ 程序Q+程序可以细分为三个关键阶段。

供应商负责第一阶段,UTC负责第二阶段,第三阶段由UTC同供应商共同完成。

第一阶段:自我评估Q+程序第一阶段是供应商的自我评估阶段。

自评由供应商独立进行。

在自评阶段,可采用SB(销售)经理开放的方式进行质量评估和问卷调查。

必要情况下,可使用本工具包中包含的表格,供应商需要完成一份自我评估表(调查表),自我评估首页,供应商信息表,改进项目表以及改进行动计划。

依据自我评估,UTC将确定供应商是否准备好进行现场审查。

只有当供应商显示出全部Q+条款均符合Q+二级评估等级时,方可实施现场审查。

第二阶段:UTC现场审查一旦供应商在自我评估中达到或超过Q+二级水平,UTC将计划对其实施现场审查。

现场审查在供应商驻地实施,由接受过评估质量体系培训的UTC审核小组对供应商的设施进行评估。

特定情况下,经各方认可,审查可由合格资质的第三方实施。

现场审查通常为1-2天。

依据现有的全部证据,UTC将对照Q+尺度对供应商进行评分并就需要改进的方面给出建议。

现场审查旨在对供应商质量体系、程序控制及质量承诺给出公平的评价。

一旦现场审查结束,UTC全部非航空业务单位将执行该审查结果。

第三阶段:改进计划现场审查结束后,UTC将向供应商发出完整的Q+报告。

供应商的劣势/不足将在改进项目表中明确。

供应商必须针对改进项目表中所列每一问题准备书面改进计划。

改进计划必须于供应商收到Q+报告之日起30天内提交至UTC。

Q+ 程序流程1个月之内UTC将同供应商一同合作制定行动计划,确保纠正措施和改进尽快实施。

由于实施改进对UTC和供应商双方来讲都是息息相关的,所以UTC会全力支持供应商改进质量体系,使其达到Q+质量评分等级。

UTC的目标是使其全部供应商达到Q+三级或更高水平,成为Q Plus 认证供应商。

供应商评估对供应商实施现场审查仅仅是UTC用来确定适当的供应商的一个工具。

其它信息可能包括但不仅限于:访问报告、专业资质证书、绩效数据和商誉。

有些很细的条款很难定义,诸如供应商管理者与UTC项目组合作的意愿。

所有这些因素在决定供应商是否适合UTC供应链团队过程中均应充分考虑。

合格供应商供应商的评估将与其是否满足UTC特定项目需求挂钩。

如得到批准,他们会被视为该项目的“合格供应商”。

在此情况下,供应商被视作“采购订单”的供应商,而不是整体合同的供应商。

认证供应商经过六个月生产(或经过合理的发运次数),合格供应商的绩效标准和适合性将得到UTC检验。

如果绩效数据可以接受,该供应商将被视为UTC供应链团队的认证供应商,从而可以同UTC签订合同。

保持认证供应商状态供应商必须针对全部Q+条款都保持三级或高于三级水平,或不断改进,通过定期重复评估使其保持Q+认证供应商。

另外,其绩效标准必须处于可接受水平。

由于每个项目的可接受绩效水平会各有不同。

故详细信息请参考相应的供应商质量手册。

失去认证供应商资格当供应商绩效水平或再审查结果不可接受时,被认证的供应商可能会失去Q+认证资格。

当出现不可接受绩效时,被认证的供应商应按照如下步骤采取措施:第一步:通知(纠正措施要求)UTC向供应商发送附带有不合格PPM水平、拒收产品(进货检验或生产过程)、不可接受再评估等信息的纠正措施要求。

供应商必须于30天之内,通过改进计划表提交一份可接受的改进绩效的计划。

当出现再审查不合格的情况,供应商将有机会同审查人员解释由于变化所导致的错误。

第二步:观察在提交纠正措施通知之后60天内,每月PPM水平必须达到要求水平,且/或不能出现进货检验/过程拒收产品。

供应商如不能满足这些要求,将进入资格观察状态。

第三步:失去认证供应商资格- 认证供应商必须在观察期开始90天内重新达到可接受的月度PPM水平,且/或不出现进货/过程检验拒收产品。

如不能达到这些要求,供应商将失去认证供应商资格。

- 通过纠正措施供应商将不合格PPM水平提升到可接受水平,但在12个月内重新出现不合格,则该供应商将失去认证供应商资格。

- 当现有认证供应商之物料或部件存在UTC定义的流行性缺陷(例如:故障率、财务影响、产品召回、安全等因素)时,该供应商必须全力支持UTC解决问题(例如:包装、财务支持、技术支持、有效及时的纠正措施等)。

如无法及时实施纠正措施并给予必要的财务支持,该供应商将失去认证供应商资格并可能导致未来业务的潜在损失。

注:通过之前调查得到认证的供应商必须在再调查中至少达到三级水平。

未达到该水平的供应商将收到通知,并且必须在要求的时间内达到三级水平,否则该供应商将失去认证供应商资格。

失去认证供应商资格的必须达到全部认证资格要求才能成为再认证的候选人。

“ACE”联合技术公司已经在全公司推行“获取竞争优势”(ACE)质量项目。

虽然UTC不要求供应商在其自己的质量体系中实施ACE,但供应商作为合作伙伴需要具备相互理解,并使其自由质量体系与ACE兼容,从而达到协同、合作的优势。

术语和条款许多质量和制造术语的精确含义在不同参考出处中各不相同。

请参考本工具包中UTC术语定义。

通常情况下,UTC遵从AIAG标准术语。

问题/建议UTC要求该项目侧重并切合于项目的目标。

Q+项目旨在帮助UTC同其供应商建立合作伙伴关系。

基于此原因,UTC欢迎任何有关于Q+程序应用于特定产品或行业的建议。

虽然本项目意在实施精确的评估,但由于时间限制,实际上偶尔会出现不准确的情况。

供应商可将此类问题反馈至UTC联系人,以获得解决方案。

II. 自我评估自我评估指引以下指引就供应商实施自我评估的程序进行了解释。

1.组建自评小组首先在供应商公司内部组建自评小组。

该小组应包括为UTC供应产品相关的跨职能部门相应级别的成员(例如:高级管理人员、采购、质量、技术)。

该小组应能够参加稍后的UTC现场审核。

2.完成自评表♦确认需要采用哪张表来完成自我评估。

- UTC Q+调查表 – 多数供应商在大多数情况下使用此表- UTC Q+审查表 – 只有在参加过UTC Q+培训课程后使用此表。

UTC审查小组将在供应商驻地实施现场审查时使用此表。
