In order to mark the birth centenary of China, Hong Kong Film Awards Association selected one hundred sets of the best Chinese films, which accounted for eight of Leslie. Eight movies are: "Nomad", "A Better Tomorrow", "Rouge," "Ghost Story," "Days of Being Wild", "Farewell My Concubine", "Ashes of Time," "Happy Together" . 为了纪念中国电影诞生一百周年，香港金像奖协会选出一百套最佳华语 片，张国荣占了其中八部，成为男星之冠。八部电影分别是 : 《烈火青 春》、《英雄本色》、《胭脂扣》、《倩女幽魂》、《阿飞正传》、 《霸王别姬》、《东邪西毒》、《春光乍洩》。
On April Fool's Day 2003,HongKong,he suicided in his hotel, his death bought a heavy grief to China ,even to the whole world.
2003年4月1号，香港愚人节，张国荣在自己的酒店跳楼自杀，他的死 给中国甚至全世界带来了沉重的打击。
