一、总则
大赛介绍
“外研社杯”全国高职高专英语写作大赛是由教育部职业院校外语类专业教学指导委 员会和外语教学与研究出版社共同举办、面向高职高专学生的全国性公益赛事。大赛旨在贯 彻落实《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020 年)》精神,增强高职高专院 校对学生英语写作能力的重视,促进学生英语应用能力的整体提高,从而推动全国高职英语 教学的改革与发展,为国家和社会培养更多高素质技术技能人才。
复赛:初赛结束后,举办初赛的外语院(系)或英语教研室向大赛组委会指定的承办 单位报名参加复赛。参加复赛的选手名单由大赛组委会确定并公布。
决赛:复赛结束后,各省(市、自治区)承办院校向大赛组委会提交获得决赛资格的 选手名单,并报名参赛。
大赛组委会不接受选手个人直接报名。
参赛注册
大赛官方网站(/)将于 2017 年 6 月起开放注册窗口。 所有参加复赛的选手必须在大赛官网实名注册,准确填写个人信息。
三、赛制
参赛资格
大赛分公共英语组和英语专业组两个组别,全国各高职高专所有年级学生及本科院校 高职学院所有年级学生,均可自愿报名参加相应组别的比赛。已在往届全国高职高专英语写 作大赛中入围全国决赛并获得一等奖的学生不得再报名参赛。

“第二届全国高职高专英语写作大赛”总决赛在全国高职高专院校的大力支持下,经过由教育部高等学校高职高专英语类专业教学指导委员会(以下简称“教指委”)委员、外语教学专家、外籍专家组成的专家组的初评、二评、终评,从入围总决赛的186名选手中评选出公英组一等奖10名,二等奖30名,三等奖60名;英专组一等奖5名,二等奖15名,三等奖25名。

具体获奖名单见附件。

本次大赛历时半年,参赛学校560所,取得了较大的社会影响。

大赛促进了高职院校间外语教学的交流,同时也展示了各高职院校英语教学水平和改革成果。

教指委希望各高职高专院校以大赛为契机,带动全国高职院校重视学生英语写作能力的培养,并进一步关注学生英语应用能力的整体提高,从而推动全国高职英语教学的总体发展。

全国高职专英语写作大赛
全国高职专英语写作大赛旨在促进高职院校英语教育的发展,提高学生英语写作能力和文化素养。

本次比赛面向全国高职院校的全日制专科和本科学生,参赛选手需提交一篇不超过1000字的英语作文。

作文主题不限,可以是社会热点、文化风俗、科技创新等方面的话题,但必须符合国家法律法规,不能涉及政治敏感内容。

比赛评选分为初赛和决赛两个阶段。

初赛由评委对选手提交的作文进行评分,选出30名进入决赛。

决赛将在指定地点举行,选手需要进行现场写作和口头表达,评委将根据作文和现场表现综合评定选手的得分,最终评选出第一至第三名和优秀奖若干名。

全国高等职业院校英语写作大赛
为了提高全国高等职业院校学生的英语写作能力,促进英语文化交流,全国高等职业院校英语教学研究会决定举办第一届全国高等职业院校英语写作大赛。

本次比赛面向全国范围内的高等职业院校学生,分为本科组和专科组。

比赛设置初赛、复赛和决赛三个环节,初赛和复赛采用线上方式进行,决赛将在指定地点举行。

本次比赛的主题为“我的大学生活”,参赛者需根据主题撰写英
语作文,字数不少于800字,不超过1000字。

作文内容应围绕大学
生活展开,包括但不限于以下方面:学习、社交、活动、思考等。

比赛评选采用专家评审和公众投票相结合的方式,最终评选出一、二、三等奖和优秀奖若干名,并颁发获奖证书和奖金。

培黎校区选拔赛实施方案
一、比赛介绍
全国高职高专英语写作大赛由教育部职业院校外语类专业教学指导委员会联合深圳职业技术学院主办,外语教学与研究出版社协办,中国日报社《21世纪英文报》提供宣传支持。

自2010 年起,已经成功举办四届比赛,比赛分院校选拔赛、赛区选拔赛和全国总决赛三个阶段进行。

比赛的命题原则是依据目前高职英语教育的相关文件,充分反映高职英语教育的发展趋势。

赛题体现高职特色,突出写作能力,内容既贴近当代大学生的学习和生活,又反映未来工作岗位对英语写作能力的要求和个人职业发展的需求;
二、比赛宗旨
培黎校区选拔赛旨在深化高职英语教学改革,促进对学生英语写作能力的培养,重视培养学生的英语写作能力,激发学生对英语写作的兴趣和热情,进而提升学生的总体英语水平,进一步关注学生英语应用能力的整体提高。

三、参赛对象
大赛分公共英语组和英语专业组两个组别,全国各高职院校所有年级学生均可自愿报名参加相应组别比赛。

已在往届全国高职高专英语写作大赛中获省级以上奖项的学生不得再报名参赛。

按照全国比赛安排,培黎校区参赛对象为非英语专业大二年级学生;英语专业大一、大二学生。

四、比赛程序
报名流程:各班推选——班主任汇总——各系教务统计(EXCEL表格包括序号、年级专业班级、学号、姓名)。

各系按照大二学生总人数6%的比例进行推选。

英语专业组和非英语专业组1等奖(共计3名)获得者将代表学院参加北京赛区选拔赛,两组参赛选手分别指定两位指导教师。

五、参赛组别及奖项
奖项设置:英语专业组:1等奖1名,2等奖2名,3等奖3名,优秀奖4名
公共英语组:1等奖2名,2等奖5名,3等奖5名,优秀奖10名
六、比赛形式
培黎校区选拔赛采取闭卷笔试的形式。

七、比赛题型
培黎校区选拔赛比赛时间为120分钟;选拔赛题目包括两部分,公共英语组的总字数不少于650词,英语专业组的总字数不少于800词(全国总决赛具体题型将在赛区选拔赛后公布)。
