1.0 范围 Scope

本程序适用于南海石化项目汽电联产部分，燃油锅炉烟囱和余热锅炉烟囱的内衬施

工。

The procedure applies to the lining installation of boiler stack in Steam & Power Unit for CSPC Nanhai Petrochemicals Project.

2.0 目的 Purpose

本程序为了保证烟囱内衬的正确施工，规定了施工工艺及施工中应注意的事项。

The procedure has defined the requirement for boiler stack lining process and precautions during construction activity.

3.1 SEPCO对安全体系的建立负完全责任,并保证所有汽电联产施工人员严格遵守项目HSE

制度和要求。SEPCO1建筑队负责对烟囱内衬施工的全过程进行管理,施工四队将完全按项目HSE要求进行施工。

SEPCO shall be fully responsible for establishing safety system, making sure all construction personnel participating in S&P strictly follow HSE regulations and provisions. SEPCO1 shall undertake management role throughout stack lining process.

SEPCO1 No.4 Construction Team must perform stack lining task in accordance with requirement as set forth in Project HSE System.

3.2施工四分队负责制定安全施工措施，并予以执行。

SEPCO1 No.4 Construction Team is responsible for establishing and performing safety construction proposal.

3.3 SEPCO1施工部对烟囱内衬工程施工的施工措施进行审核，并在作业过程中进行监督指

导。

SEPCO1 Construction Department shall audit the construction proposal for stack lining operation, and take supervisor and instructor role during lining operation.

3.4 SEPCO1 HSE部对烟囱内衬工程施工的安全措施进行审核，并检查现场安全防护措施。

SEPCO1 HSE Department shall audits safety measures involved in stack lining construction, take check of safety protections on site.

3.5 SEPCO1建筑队协助施工四分队办理受限空间《施工许可证》。

SEPCO1 Construction Group shall assist No. 4 Construction Team in applying for Confined Space Construction Permit.

3.6 SEPCO1管理人员及施工单位的负责人应坚守岗位，发现异常问题，立即报告或采取救援

措施。

All SEPCO1 administrators and construction team chiefs must stick to their posts, preparing at time for reporting, in case of any abnormal happening, and taking necessary rescuer action.

3.7 PMC保留停止任何在现场发现的不安全的权利并与SEPCO合作，并支持准备任何选择性

建议。

PMC reserves the right to stop any unsafe behave at site. also support SEPCO in putting forward any alternative.

3.8 PMC保留验收和批准本作业指导书中的施工用设备的权利，PMC将与SEPCO合作并支

持进行必要的修改和改进，以达到相互一致。

PMC reserves the inspection and approval right of clauses concerning construction equipment as set forth in this document. In addition, PMC will cooperate with SEPCO in making necessary change and improvement in safety construction scheme to ensure concerted effort between PMC and SEPCO for common goal.

5.0 施工工艺和要求 Construction Process and Requirements

5.1 混凝土基层处理Concrete Surface Preparation

在进行内衬层处理之前：

Prior to the application of any lining system,

混凝土至少要28天的时间。对所有混凝土预制块的记录都需要经过检查。

The concrete shall be at least 28 days old, all concrete cube records shall be reviewed and approved.

混凝土面层的处理必须做到避免有空气侵入，必须保证不沾有水泥皮层，松散砂土，灰尘，层结，油脂或者因为非金属喷砂处理留下的其他污染杂物。如果有不规则外观情况要适当修补，若蜂窝大于10mm则必须填补。混凝土构筑部分不得有大于

0.30mm的裂缝和表面缺陷（如浮片，气泡洞和蜂窝状等）。对所有这类缺陷都必须

予以修补，而PMC要在作业开始前审批全部修补作业程序。如果是小缺陷，比如深度约为50mm或较大程度的修补，用岩补材料进行处理。

The concrete surface shall be prepared to avoid air inclusions. The concrete substrate shall be freed of cement skin, loose sand, dust, laminate, oil, grease or other contaminants by means of non-metallic abrasive blasting. The concrete structure shall be inspected for cracks and other surface defects. Irregularities shall be properly repaired and air bubbles larger than 10 mm shall be filled. The structure shall be free of cracks wider than 0.30 mm and surface defects (for instance fins, air holes, honeycombs, etc.). All such cracks and defects shall be repaired. All repair
