Systems as Process Maps
• Linear processes in series are often represented by Process Maps 連續的線性過程(或步驟)通常用程序圖(或推移圖)來表示。
• • • Arrows usually come in from the left or top and results of decision usually go right or down 箭頭通常被放在左邊或頂部﹐決定的結果通常放在右邊或下邊。 Decisions should be arranged so that the most frequent response goes with the flow of the chart 伴隨著圖表的流程中所准備的決議﹐將會發生時常出現的響應。 For example if a process has a decision step that has a yes response 90% of the time, then “Yes” would follow the general flow of the process map 例如﹐如果一個過程有一個決議的步 驟﹐而且出現yes響應的次數有90%﹐那么Yes將要跟隨程序圖的主流程.
