Main point:1.The definition of e-sports.2.The difference between e-sports and computer games.3.The development of china e-sports.Introduction to E-sportsRecently,I have noticed a common phenomenon that before class,most of the students play mobile games to kill time,like cool running ereryday,2048,link game and so on.I’m sure that most of you like playing mobile games for fun,but you probably don’t know that the game is also a kind of sport.Now,let me introduce e-sports to all of you.Electronic sports,using of high-tech hardware and software as equipments,is a kind of intellectual-confrontational sport.You might think,are you kidding?what you have said is not computer games?O h,I’m not kidding.E-sports is different from computer puter games,just for fun.E-sports is a kind of sports.It is quantitative,repeatable,and accurately comparable.E-sports has the characteristics of confrontation and competition,unified game rules and the same techniques,daily work and long,boring training.Inshort,the e-sports is a kind of sport,in which the equipments and conditions are realized by IT.This is the essential difference between e-sports and computer games.Since you have known what is e-sports,now,let me tell you more about the development of china e-sports.In 2003,e-sports was named officially to become the 99th sports events.It was a symbol because it means that the e-sports was accepted by the mainstream. However,there is still prejudice against e-sports.All of the TV programs that related to games was forbidden.After this,an outstanding player brought a surprise to china e-sports campaign.He was sky-lixiaofeng,champion of war3 in WCG 2005 and WCG 2006.He let the five-star red flag fluttering in the World Cyber Games.He also proved the strength of Chinese players.In recent years,many e-sports players have maken great contribution to china e-sports campaign.For example,Dongjia AB was the champion of cross fire in WCG 2011,IG was the champion of Dota2 in WCG 2012,OMG was the runner-up in WCG 2013.Apart from these,there are numerous people who love e-sports and they are chasing their dreams.With the highly development of e-sports,more and more warm-blooded teenagers will devote themselves to e-sports to realize their dreams.E-sports is not as simple as just playing games.It’s not an excessive pursuit saps the will.It’s a kind of sport.It’s spirits is as the same as Olympics.Moreover,it represents the great glory of a country!I believe that the e-sports,there is a bule sky with white clouds.Love life,enjoy e-sports.Thank you.。
