本标准代替QC/T 633-2000《客车座椅》,其主要技术差异如下:1、增加了以下要求:a)外购件、外协件的要求;b)座椅纺织面料断裂强力、缝合部位接缝强力的要求;c)座椅纺织面料的基本安全技术要求;d)座椅有机材料阻燃性能的要求;e)座椅调节装置调节功能的要求;f)纵(横)向调节疲劳性能的要求;g)座椅扶手强度和可靠性的要求;h)座椅脚蹬强度和可靠性的要求;i) 靠背骨架总成耐久性的要求;j) 靠背调角器耐久性的要求;k) 座椅总成纵(横)向调节功能的要求;2、更新了以下标准:a)GB/T 5453—1997 纺织品织物透气性的测定b)GB 8410—2006 汽车内饰材料的燃烧特性c)GB 13057—2003 客车座椅及其车辆固定件的强度d)GB l4166—2003 机动车成年乘员用安全带和约束系统e)GB 14167—2006 汽车安全带安装固定点3、修改了以下内容:a)客车座椅的名词术语;b)型式检验产品合格判定规则。

实现座椅靠背角度调节的装置。
该装置一般由椅背联接板,椅座联接板,核心件,手轮或调节手柄,回复弹簧等部分组成。
核心件:
调角器中能实现锁止和解锁功能并调节角度的部件。
该部件可与不同的联接板联接而组成不同的调角器,以适用于不同结构的座椅。
椅背联接板:联接核心件与座椅靠背的零件,也称上联接板。
椅座联接板:联接核心件与座椅椅盆的零件,也称下联接板。
1、座椅的调整有:头枕角度调整、头枕高度调整、靠背角度调整、靠背钢度调整、后部高度调整、前部高度调整、座垫刚度调整。
2、旋转手柄式座椅调整器的结构有:左右联接臂(座垫)、铆钉、止动板、滚珠、偏心轮(手柄轮)、齿环(周转轮)、平头铆钉、调理臂(靠背)。
3、掀动手柄式座椅调角器的结构有:锁止棘轮、小齿轮、大齿轮、靠背联接板、回位弹簧、座垫联接板、手柄、手柄回位弹簧。
掀动手柄式座椅调角器的基本原理是:经过手柄操作(小齿板或锁止棘爪)是小齿板与大齿板脱开,在回位弹簧的作用下,靠背主动向前旋转或在乘坐者外力作用下向后旋转,调整至需求的靠背角度,然后松开手柄,在手柄回位弹簧的作用下,大小齿板咬合是靠背锁止。
