Bulletin P-DM-1100The Series DM-1000 DigiMag®Digital Differential Pressure Gage is the idealdigital instrument to take the place of analog mechanical pressure gages. TheDigiMag®Digital Gages are more versatile than analog gages with their ability to befield-programmed to display many commonly used engineering units as well aspercent of full scale. The Series DM-1000can be programmed in 8 commonlyused engineering units plus percent of full scale. This capability allows quick unitsselection on site, eliminating the need to calculate various unit conversions. TheDigiMag®Digital Differential Pressure Gages have an added feature for filterapplications where a set point can be input where the display will blink when thefilter is dirty, alerting the user that a maintenance action needs to occur.Programming the Series DM-1000 is easy using the menu key to access 4simplified menus which provide access to: Security level; engineering units; filterset point; view peak and valley process readings; digital damping for smoothingerratic process applications; display update to conserve battery life; zero and spanfield calibration.The Series DM-1000 DigiMag®Digital Differential Pressure Gage possesses a fullscale accuracy of 1% on ranges down to 2˝ w.c. and 2% accuracy down to the verylow ranges of 1” to 0.25" w.c. WCDMA压扩系统主要用来解决机房选址困难,通过传输、放大施主扇区的信号至覆盖区内的移动台;同时接收覆盖区内移动台信号,并放大和传输至施主扇区,实现WCDMA基站的射频拉远功能,WCDMA压扩系统仅作为此用途使用。

室外WCDMA压扩系统必须放置在安全可靠的位置,以防止因天气等因素而从高空坠落,砸伤行人。

用户不要自行修理或替换部件,这样可能损坏机器,甚者可能会触电或受伤。

2. WCDMA压扩系统必须遵从通信设备的系统要求,保持良好的接地,做好防雷措施。

WCDMA压扩系统的供电电压必须符合安全要求,任何WCDMA压扩系统的操作人员都必须预先关断电源,然后方可进行操作。

只有经过资质认证的专业人员方可带电操作。

3. WCDMA压扩系统会发射电磁波,对人体会有伤害,无关人员尽量不要靠近。

4. 静电不会对人体造成伤害,但处理不当,会损害WCDMA压扩系统的关键部件。

第二章简介一﹑构成1、机械部分ZFT-8000整车检定装置机械部分主要由机架和主、副滚轮、驱动电机、起落架、保护杆及液压件等部件组成。

主、副滚轮均采用优质无缝钢管制成。

主滚轮圆周长为1000mm,副滚轮圆周长为520mm。

两主滚轮用联轴器连接,方便更换皮带,主、副滚轮由轴承支撑,起落架的起落及刹车由系统自动控制,防滑侧保护杆的位置可由遥控或线控自由调节。

滚轮轴端装有车载液压制动器,滚轮两侧安装防滑侧保护杆,使检测过程更为安全。

(详见装置结构图)2、电器部分电动机:提供机械装置动力,额定功率:7.5kw工作电压380V、工作频率0-60Hz、三相交流。

电源控制箱:自动控制电机的运转和停止,实现电机由“星型”启动到“三角型”运转的转换。

整车检定装置控制箱:外型尺寸:360×360×150(mm)控制箱输入总功率140W,提供显示屏12V、40W直流电源,将计算机数字信号转变摸拟信号控制变频电机运转.将操作指令变成电信号控制电磁阀执行动作,将传感器电脉冲信号变成数字信号传送至计算机,将遥控器操作指令传送至计算机,将检定结果制成检定卡供计价器刷卡。

连接硬件:直连网线调试端口:RJ451.1系统调试监控协议采用“Monitor80免注册版”调试。

1.1.1近端监控软件操作1.1.1.1打开软件双击图标,打开软件。

弹出用户登入框:输入用户帐号(Admin),密码(syd),点击确定。

弹出主页面:在站点信息栏任意位置右击鼠标。

选择新增站点:在弹出的新增直放站对话框内填入站点参数:新增站点后按F2弹出监视通讯数据窗口,右键选择端口配置在弹出的端口配置界面按下图配置好参数其中192.168.1.2即为设备的IP地址将电脑本地连接IP地址设置到192.168.1.XX网段,这里示范设置为192.168.1.10设置好后,应该可以ping通设备在新增的站点点击右键,选择连接站点在弹出的连接界面中选择Udp方式连接成功后下方会提示Udp连接成功1.1.1.3监控板初始化在主界面点击右键,选择监控板初始化点击查询,(此时站点编号为上位机随机安排,不是实际设备的站点编号,因此首先得用查询功能将正确的站点编号查询回来),或者将设备直放站变化改为00000000,站点编号00,直接点击设置:1.1.1.4读监控列表在主界面右击鼠标,选择读监控量列表。

点击查询按钮,上位机会发送大概4条短信进行查询列表,此时不能关闭列表框。

待进度完成后,点击关闭按钮即可,此时操作区就出现了相应的监控量。

(注:点击清空按钮则会将操作区内显示的监控量清除。

其中已存在的监控参量是表示操作区显示的所有监控,不存在的监控参量则表示数据库中有而操作区没有的。

)查看短信发送情况,可以按快捷键F2,选择相应的通讯方式查看,如下图:当“未发送信息显示区”内的短信为空时,表示已完成发送。

1.1.1.5 查询监控量信息监控量列表分为: 状态信息:告警量;参数信息:设备参数信息、查询号码、上报号码等;基本信息:工作信道、门限阈值、上行衰减值、下行衰减值、输入值、输出值等。

现以图中的设置查询号码、上报号码为例,首先将操作允许选项打勾,相应参数项前的操作选择选框也要打勾;要对所选中的项进行查询操作(如上图11~16项),则点击实时查询:。

另外蜂窝移动基站在建造过程中,由于考虑到临近小区的干扰问题,其天线辐射场方向图的主瓣有较大的下倾角,以至于高层建筑的中上部一般不能有效接收到信号。

此外,由于建筑物等对电磁波的屏蔽效应,使得隧道、地铁、地下商城、娱乐城、停车场以及酒店、写字楼等一些封闭的建筑物内也无法正常接收到移动通讯信号,这将会影响到这些地方人们的正常通讯。

直放站产品的推出,成功的实现了移动通信信号覆盖的具体解决方案,有效地改善了移动通信的信号覆盖状况,增强了覆盖区域有效话务量和减少掉话次数,大大提高了通信质量。

数字飞地压扩系统是一种数字移频直放站,它体积小、外型美观、重量轻、安装方便、组网灵活、性能可靠。

可以有效解决城市资源较为紧张的覆盖区和多丘陵、多山、森林等地区的问题。

图 1- 1 数字飞地压扩系统在通信网络中的传输示意图1.2 原理每套飞地系统由一台近端机和一台远端机组成,近端机和远端机的功能类似,工作原理是一样的。

在实际工作时,收发频率、输出功率有所不同。

图 1- 2为飞地系统下行信号移频原理图(上行方向相反)。

它在近端把GSM 900MHz频段信号移频至230MHz 频段,载频更加紧凑的重新排列,使得总的占有信号带宽不超过4MHz。

在远端把信号还原回GSM 900MHz频段,进行线性放大后覆盖。

远端机将移动台发出的GSM 900MHz上行信号变频到230MHz中继信号,近端机再将230MHz信号变频为移动台发出的GSM 900MHz上行信号,再传输到基站,从而通过飞地系统完成信号的接收。

采用自然散热形式的铝合金压铸壳体结构,具有良好的EMC性能,同时防腐蚀性能也得到保证。

结构紧凑,体积虽小,但散热面积大。

2系统安装2.1 系统安装流程图 2- 1 飞地系统安装流程图2.2 工程准备2.2.1用户须知为了便于设备的正常运行和维护,需要用户技术人员进行上岗培训,施工前仔细阅读安装手册;了解安装、结构、布线、调试等步骤,以便现场安装和日后的维护工作。

2.2.2现场勘察在安装之前,安装人员应和局方该工程负责人联系,了解安装站点是否具备安装条件。

具体包括:安装场所、铁塔或高杆、周围环境(温、湿度)、电源等。

2.2.3安装工具安装要用到的工具:电动冲击钻、吸尘器、铁榔头、滑轮、绳子、安全带、安全帽、梯子、十字螺丝刀、内六角螺丝刀套装、钢锯、刀子、钳子、扳手、罗盘、卷尺、镊子、电烙铁、阻焊剂、焊锡丝、热风枪、地阻仪等。

2.3 安装条件2.3.1基本安装条件二代数字飞地压扩系统远端机设计要求为室外工作,工作温度为-40℃~55℃,湿度≤95%,基本可以适应我国绝大多数地区的室外自然环境。

安装前应具备下列基本条件:1. 220V 交流电源可用或-48V直流电源可用。

2. 附近应有接地排。

3. 应有合适的建筑物、铁塔或高杆,适合架设施主天线和重发天线。

2.3.2建议环境要求1. 优选室内凉快、干燥、通风的墙壁安装,室内有防火设施,无腐蚀性气体和烟雾,屋顶无渗漏,电磁干扰强度≤140dB μv/m (0.01MHz~110000MHz)。

2. 其次选室外背阴、通风的墙壁,避免阳光直射和雨水浇淋。

3. 再次可选择一般墙壁、铁塔或高杆。

4. 安装高度应便于射频电缆走线、散热、安全和维护。

5. 应提供一组独立、稳定的110VAC~300VAC(标称 220V/50Hz)的交流电源或者一套-48V的直流电源。

不得与其他大功率的电信设备、电器共用。

6. 安装点建筑物、铁塔、高杆应有避雷装置,应有足够的强度和稳定度。

7. 天线桅杆或屋顶应安装好抱杆以便于安装天线。

抱杆直径根据不同天线要求从60mm到130mm不等。

同时应配备爬梯以便天线安装。

所有金属部分应可靠接地并有防雷保护。

2.4 设备检查2.4.1清点货箱开箱应根据送货单,双方共同清点查验货物,查点货物总件数是否与送货单相符。

查看包装箱外观是否完好。

如出现错货、缺货、或外包装严重损坏,则应停止开箱,并立即查明原因,向相关部门汇报。

2.4.2开箱验货若货物完好,即可开箱。

开箱过程中要注意轻拿轻放,以免损伤物件。

开箱后,根据装箱单,核对装箱单和箱内实际货物是否相符,装箱单和开箱验货报告中的验货清单是否相符。

若出现错货、缺货、或外包装严重损坏,应查明原因,并及时向有关部门汇报。

验货完毕,必须填写开箱验货报告,双方需要在开箱验货报告上签字确认,货物随即移交给局方保管,开箱验货报告双方各持一份,工程督导应在7天内将“验货结论”及时反馈给供货方归档。

2.5 近端机/远端机安装GSM飞地系统近端机、远端机随机配有安装板、固定件等安装器件,安装GSM飞地系统机箱,可采用抱杆和挂墙安装两种方式。

设备底端距地面的高度一般为1.2米左右。

2.5.1抱杆安装1. 根据要求,局方先在高杆上安装好抱杆,便于安装支架。

抱杆室外安装步骤如下:2. 用4颗M6X16的内六角螺钉将安装支架安装在飞地系统机箱上,如图 2- 2所示。

3. 把绳索系在把手上,用滑轮吊装机箱和安装附件。

4. 将2个主辅固定件用2颗六角头螺栓M12X180固定在圆形抱杆上,如图 2- 3所示5. 把GSM飞地系统箱上的安装支架扣在主固定件上,用4颗M6X16内六角螺钉紧固,图 2- 4为抱杆安装完成示意图。

2. 安装膨胀螺栓,把膨胀螺栓敲入孔中,拧紧螺栓使其膨胀。

3. 将主固定件固定在两颗膨胀螺钉上,如图 2- 5所示。

4. 用4颗M6X16内六角螺钉将安装支架固定在主飞地系统机箱上,如图 2- 2所示。

5. 把GSM飞地系统机箱上的安装支架扣在固定件上,用4颗M6X16内六角螺钉紧固,图 2- 6为挂墙安装完成图。

飞地系统近端机与一套天馈系统连接,重发天线接到转发口。

本系统可以通过耦合器与基站连接,也可以采用在近端机BTS口,通过近端机施主天线与基站连接,飞地系统远端机的天馈系统安装与基站的要求非常近似,以下仅对不同之处作说明,详细情况可参看基站天馈系统的安装要求。

天线安装于抱杆之上,使用罗盘来确定天线水平面法线方向,根据规划要求,调整天线水平面法线方向对施主基站天线,同时根据基站天线挂高、数字飞地系统施主天线挂高、地形因素调整垂直角度正对施主基站方向。

抱杆应与避雷带良好接触,安装必须保证天线的抗风能力。

2. 天线接头一般为N型阴头,如图 2- 9所示。

若有其他接头类型,则要安装转接器,馈线侧选N型阳头。

按照合适的力矩,连接天线和馈线的接头,确保接头无侧向受力。

然后用自粘防水胶带和电气绝缘胶带密封接头。

若用7/8英寸馈线,最小弯曲半径大于130mm。
