8681线材测试机使用说明书1.文字数字输入:在做档案存储时要求输入文字数字,第一次按下为该按键数字第2—4次分别代表数字键上方由左到右之大写英文字母。
2.移动:您可用[←][→][↑][↓]移动游标3.确认:[Enter]为一般之确认键4.量测:[TEST]为量测启动键,[EXIT]为跳离键5.另选:加[Shift]键可启动该键盘上方功能简单安装程序:(测试机外壳必须接地,防静电干扰)a.请确认电源供应器的电源,接上电源为AC115V或AC220V。
(有使用115V电压时请注意)。
b.开启电源,系统会进行自我检测,在无治具状态或确定治具(本身无绝缘不良!开路或短路)状态良好之情况下,所有自检均显示OK(注:若有时开机,第9项INSUL[绝缘检测]检测NG,则考虑降低绝缘测试条件进行温机直至测试稳定)温机:空白绝缘测试,检查机台本身性能之稳定。
简单操作步骤:1.按量测快速键群组中[File]键,进入挡案选取或设定画面,若选取档案,则按[↓]键移动光标至所选取档案(黑色覆盖),再按[Enter]键确认选取即可,若要建立新档,则按画面右边提示,按相对应的S1-S6操作辅助键,再输入档案名,按[Enter]键确定即可。
(*须接上64PIN对接治具排线,按Learn读取资料,应读到64NETS。
按SAVE+Enter存储。
2.按[Hipot]键,进入高压设定状态画面,设定电压,测试时间,测试规格(绝缘值)。
测试摸式只开[二分快速],测试点数为128点。
接地点位无需设定按[SAVE]键+[Enter],存档,(注:测试时间T可稍长0.1S~0.5S)3.按[MODEL]键,进行测试模式设定画面,测试启动方式连续,再设定连续测试时间隔,及连续测试次数,再按[测试项目]对应之软键S6键进入测试项目设定画面,按[↓]移动光标至(绝缘)项,按[项目选择]键对应之软件键S1确定,再按SAVE+Enter键存档。
(短断路表内显示EMPTY),再SAVE+Enter4.按Learn键空读资料。

4.当发现有测试不良时,首先用不良标签标示不良现象,再将不良 数量记录于测试记录表上,然后将不良放入红色胶筐加以隔离. 5.所有的不良都必须放在红色胶筐里,不可放在测试机和其他地方, 不良偏高时及时反映给该线线长和稽核员。 6.当第一次测试不良不可直接按测试键重复测试,要拔出再插入进 行测试,一般当一次测试不良时直接挑出标示不良,禁止重复测 试. 7.摇摆测试时,要看到请摇摆测试才摇摆,不可还在测试就摇摆, 禁止还没有测试完就拔出。

线材测试机基本操作说明(测试人员培训资料)一.测试的作用:将产品中的电性不合格品,用通过测试的方法将其挑选出来,以达到控制不合格品,避免流入下一工序及流入客户端,确保产品品质。
二.测试机型号:目前公司测试机的型号为益和8681及8683型。
三.测试注意事项:1.测试机使用电源为AC 220V,为确保机器的稳定性,请连接地线。
2.测试治具线制作要求为:a.不论产品本身是否有跳线,治具线永远是一对一,不存在跳线。
b.治具线愈短愈好,c.测试治具本身不可有短路,断路等不良现象,在使用前务必进行确认是否合格。
d.为确保测试资料的准确度,测试治具焊接要求为满PIN。
e.测试治具的作用次数有一定的要求,时间用长了后,因治具磨损会影起接触不良,此时就要检查与考虑更换治具了。
f.连接测试机接口的测试治具一般使用之材料:1.XH端子与插头、拓邦2.54端子与插头等(间距为2.5mm规格)。
2.间距为2.54不同PIN位的IDC及牛角头。
3.用来输入资料之产品必须是标准样品(即经过相关人员确认合格的产品),不可随便在生产线上拿取。
4.输入之测试资料接点必须与作业指导书或工程图纸接点相符合。
5.合格品与不合格品必须严格区分与标示,为避免混乱,请存放于指定位置。
6.所有测试参数设定必须符合工程图纸或作业指导书要求。
7.测试机使用了一段时间后,要对测试机内部及外接治具板进行清洁刷洗,避免因灰尘所影起的绝缘不良;如因天气潮湿造成测试机本身绝缘,可用热风枪对测试治具及测试转接头进行除湿。
四.各功能健操作说明:1.读线健(READ):读取资料使用。
2.上下箭头健:资料查找与设定参数选择。
3.导通健(COND):设定导通阻抗值。
4.绝缘健:设定绝缘阻抗值。
5.退出健(EXIT):脱离某种设置状态或系统参数重新设定。
6.音量健:设定测试音量大小。
7.标准参数(MODE):标准参数设置。
8.测试键(TEST):当测试参数设置好后,按此键进行测试。

LAN/USB多功能线材测试仪型号CT-168网络多功能线材测试仪使用说明说明:这个网络线材测试仪是设计成容易读看,正确线材接点状态。
可测线材包括:USB(A/A),USB(A/B),10Base-T,100Base-Tx,1000Base/Tx,Base\Tx, Token Ring,A T&T 258A,EIA/TIA,568A/568B同轴电缆,BNC,RCA 和RJ11/R12电话水晶头连接线,如果你要从配线架上到墙上面板的长距离测试线材时,可用移动终端盒(Remote Terminator).如果你要测试网线/USB 线,可将线材直接插上测试仪上的正确孔位,就可经正确且方便地测试。
如果你要测试RJ11/12电话水晶头连接线时,可以将所附的小塑料套套上RJ45母座上,这样可以进行方便又正确的测试,至于其他没有专用测试孔的线材如BNC、同轴线、RCA连接线,则需另行购买转换线或转换头来以方便使用。
操作方式:1、使用测试仪主体、被测线材一头(RJ45/USB)插入标示为发射口(TX),另一头插入标示为接收口(RX)或插入移动终端盒的RJ45/USB 口。
2、打开电源开关拔到“TEST”段,是一步一步的测试方式。
LED灯会亮在被测线的第一个连接点,每按一次测试键,LED灯会亮在被测试的下一个连接点,依次往下,周而复始。
电源开关拔到“AUTO”段是自动扫描模式,LED灯会自动从第一点依序亮到第八点和接地点,周而复始。
3、从LED灯的显示,可以看出被测试的结果是否正确,如果LED灯显示不正确,被测试可能是短路、开路、反接、跳接等情形。
移动终端盒使用方式:1、将被测试的一头插入测试仪主体的发射孔(TX),另一头插入接收的移动终端盒的接头。
打开电源开关则自动模式(AUTO)如果被测试是在面板上或配线架上,则使用辅助线来连接。
2、移动终端盒上的LED灯与测试仪主体的LED灯会同时显示出被测线的接点情形。

CT-8640线材测试机基本操作
1.文字数字输入:在做档案存储时要求输入文字数字,第一次按下为该按键数字第2-4次分别代表数字键上方由左到右之大写英文字母。
2.移动:您可用←→↑↓移动游标
3.确认:Enter为一般之确认键
4.量测:TEST为量测启动键,EXIT为跳离键
5.另选:加 Shift 键可启动该键盘上方功能简单安装程序:(测试机外壳必须接地,防静电干扰)
(1)请确认电源供应器的电源,接上电源为AC115V或AC220V。
(有使用115V 电压时请注意)。
(2)开启电源,系统会进行自我检测,在无治具状态或确定治具(本身无绝缘不良!开路或短路)状态良好之情况下,所有自检均显示OK (注:若有时开机,第9项INSUL绝缘检测检测NG,则考虑降低绝缘测试条件进行温机直至测试稳定,后面有讲到温机简单操作步骤)。

使用自动寻点探针,并将其置入线材指定之点位上(比喻是 A01 代表红线),按下 S1“循环学习”键再用探针接触(黄线显示 A02), 按 S1 学习,再接触(白线显示 A03)按 S1 键学习…….可如此多点 点测学习,学习完毕再按 S4“完成”键,LCD 将显示上述画面和最后 点测点位(如 A07)再按 Enter 键存档,按 EXIT 键跳离后,按 Test 键即可依次进行点测。 *点测主要测试线材误配,最大只能有 64 个步骤。 一般上无线状态所量测试出来的数值为 20 左右,所以很明显地 可以看出有线点位及点数,此时便可依需要设定单边测试灵敏度(建 议设在有线与无线数值之中)以此为例,我们将单边测试灵敏度设在 60 左右(约 20~120 之中间值),再按 Learn 键 LCD 即显示出: 短断路表 档案:123 NET 短断路点位 页数 1/1 (6Nets) 001 A01 118 002 A02 120 003 A03 123 004 A04 121 005 A05 118 006 A06 121 由此可知有线数为 6,即 6 条线 单边测试灵敏度判断游线与否(线越长灵敏度数值越高),当显 示出的灵敏度数值大于您所设定的单边测试灵敏数值时, 即判断为有 线。 (注:单边待测线材很短时,要求外接测治具越短越好。) 温机简单操作步骤 (自检第 9 项 INSUL 绝缘检测检测到 NG 时才 要温机)
