The U.S is by far the biggest industrial country in the world.It is first in such advanced field as computers, space, nuclear energy and electronics.Now American has more t han half of the European market in transistors, oil refining, farm products,telecommunications,and computers.

Many factors besides latitude influence the climate in t he United States.Perhaps the most important forces are th e Atlantic and Pacific oceans,the Gulf of Mexick ,and the G reat Lakes.

The United States as a world superpower, plays a pivo tal role in climate protection of the environment.

UNEP noted that countries around the world in accorda nce with the various international consensus, to take effect ive measures to control air emissions of methane and blac k carbon。

We recommend that all countries strengthen the superv ision of the United Nations, and ensure the implementation

of air purification system can, at the same time, reducing the emission of pollutants industries, to switch to clean e nergy, reduce air pollution. Reducing climate change cause d by air pollution.

In fact, pollution for two reasons: First, as the tempera ture rises, the air appears certain pollutants such as ozone will increase the chance; the second is climate change m ay lead to disorders of airflow patterns, where the wind w ould have become long-term scratch wind, so that pollutan ts easy to spread, thus increasing air pollution.

Led the establishment of the United Nations Environme nt Programme on "Climate and Clean Air Coalition," SCO member states coordinated response to climate change an d air pollution.

As the world's major powers, in environmental protectio n incumbent upon us at the forefront.

到止前为止，美国是世界上最大的工业国，在计算机，宇航，核能和电子等先进领域居世界首位。现在美国的晶体管，炼油，农产品，通讯和计算机占欧洲市场分额的一半多。

美国作为一个世界超级大国，在气候环境保护方面起着举足轻重的地位。

联合国环境规划署指出，全球各国按照达成的各类国际共识，采取有效措施控制空气中的甲烷和黑碳排放。

我们建议联合国加强对各国的监督，确实保证能够落实净化空气的制度，同时，减少工业行业排放污染物，改用清洁能源，减少空气污染。从而减少空气污染带来的气候变化问题。

其实污染原因有两点：一是随着温度上升，空气中出现某些污染物如臭氧的几率会增大；二是气候变化可能导致气流模式的紊乱，本来有风的地方变得长期不刮风，使污染物不易扩散，因此加剧空气污染。

联合国环境规划署牵头成立了“气候和清洁空气联盟”，组织成员国协调应对气候变化和空气污染。

作为世界大国，在环境保护方面我们义不容辞的走在最前列。
