Module 8 Unit 2She’s quite good at English.本课延续上一课,学生开始学习如何表达某人擅长于某一方面。
本课难点在于要让学生学会be good at表示擅长于做某事,并意识到英语中形容词介词短语的常见性。
通过本课的学习,学生将会学会用英文评价他人的优势。
【知识目标】1.The students can describe a person's personality and talk about one's performance at school.2.认读单词:quite, say, try, fast, good at.【能力目标】She’s very good at Maths, She tries hard at Art.【情感目标】通过学生的自我评价,以及互相评价,给每一位学生找到自己的优点,树立其自信心,提高学习热情和主动性。
【教学重点】掌握新单词,了解新句型,在此基础上理解课文内容。
并能简单的利用句型和学过的形容词描述他人在学校的表现。
【教学难点】形容词介词的灵活运用;第三人称单数主语后的动词形式。
1.课前准备:调试光盘与课件、给学生分组、为学生布置预习作业等;2.教具学具:光盘、大卡片等。
Step1. New words1.学习科目的英文名称老师拿出不同科目的课本或者用具,请学生说出它们的英文。
2.引入be good at和try hard at老师用问句的方式来询问学生他们是否在某门课上努力或擅长。

并请学生复习并说出I like句型。
2.播放录音,请学生跟读活动1。
3.请学生单独范读。
