曾经有人说过：蕴藏于人身上的潜力是无尽的,你能胜任什么事情,别人无法知晓,若不动手试试,他对自己的这种能力就一直蒙昧不查。

我觉得我能有今天这样的一点点小成绩,很重要一点就是在于我迈出了向自己挑战的一步。

我的学习基础不算好,可是我不怕,只要花时间,投精力我就不信我会落后,所以教室成了我最爱去的地方,图书馆成了我周末的必去场所,特别是在大一大二几乎所有的晚上都是在自习中度过的;学生工作一开始也不是我的强项,高中以前的我比较内向,没有接触过太多工作,来了大学我知道害羞有时是没有自信的表现,没有自信就意味着自己要失败,因此我向过去的自己说再见,我要磨练、我要成熟,在不断的工作过程中我学会了自信而又坦诚的面对一切,从此让我觉得学生工作既充满挑战,又富有乐趣,所以我乐此不疲,保持热情直到现在。

有了良好的开端之后,关键就要看自己的坚持情况了。
