2016级工商管理专业本科培养方案
一、专业基本信息
二、培养目标及特色
培养德、智、体、美全面发展,具备数理基础与工程科学技术知识,掌握工商管理专业基础理论、基本知识和基本技能,接受科学思维和经济管理实践训练,胜任技术经济分析、资产评估与管理、战略管理、人力资源管理、投融资分析、项目咨询策划、市场运营管理等相关工作,具有较强的组织管理能力、创新创业能力、继续学习能力和国际视野的复合创新型管理人才。
本专业依托首都建设和学校土木建筑类学科优势,培养服务首都、面向全国,服务于首都城乡建设的管理类专业人才,能够在建筑和房地产领域的政府相关职能部门、企事业单位、投融资机构、咨询机构、科研院所、行业协会等单位从事经营、财务、人力资源、市场运营等实务的管理人才。

经济学、管理学、会计学、应用统计学、管理运筹学、管理信息系统、技术经济学、高等数学、大学英语
2.主干专业课程
组织行为学、人力资源管理、财务管理、市场营销、运营管理、战略管理、房地产项目开发与策划、项目投资与融资、财政与税收、物业管理、房地产估价、房地产经纪
五、主要实践教学环节
专业认识实习、会计学大作业、房地产开发经营沙盘、财务管理大作业、房地产项目策划实践、数据分析技巧与应用实践、营销现场实践、虚拟企业社会环境跨专业综合实践、企业管理实践、毕业实习、毕业论文等。
六、毕业学分要求
参照北京建筑大学本科学生学业修读管理规定及学士学位授予细则,修满本专业最低计划学分应达到160学分,其中理论课程128.5学分,实践教学环节31.5学分。

II. Educational Objectives and Feature
Cultivate moral, intellectual, physical, all-round development, with the mathematical basis and engineering science and technology knowledge, master business management professional basic theory, basic knowledge and basic skills, scientific thinking and economic management practice training, qualified technical and economic analysis, assets evaluation and management, strategic management, human resource management, investment analysis, project consulting planning, market operation and management, and other related work, has the strong organization management ability, innovation ability, to continue learning ability and the international field of vision of senior management talents.
Relying on the capital construction and school civil construction discipline superiority, this major cultivates specialized talents who can work for the capital as well as the whole country, working in the capital management of the urban and rural construction field. We aim to cultivate innovative management talents who can work in constructional and real estate relevant government functional departments, enterprises and institutions in the field of real estate, investment and financing institutions, consultancy, scientific research institutes, industry associations and other units engaged in business, finance and human resources.
