喷枪的使用技巧

常用的喷枪有两种漆杯容量：1品脱和0.5品脱，本文所介绍的方法适用于各种喷枪。

气管可以用铁管、铜管或塑胶软管。

建议有条件的话尽量在工作室内布置镀锌铁管传输压缩气清洗和调整新买来的喷枪上一般都涂有防腐油，在使用之前必须清洗干净。

取下喷嘴，放入一杯稀料中清洗干净。

这杯稀料用过后可以留着专用于清洗。

使用或重复使用稀料时，应该尽量减少消耗量，不仅减少浪费，而且可以避免污染环境。

仔细清洗掉喷嘴和其他部位的螺纹上的油脂和金属碎屑。

在漆杯中装入半杯温肥皂水，然后安装到喷枪上，用力摇晃以清洗漆杯和虹吸管。

用喷枪喷出肥皂水，清洗喷枪内部管路。

最后，用硝基漆稀料或酒精清洗掉肥皂水洗不掉的污物。

正常使用喷枪喷漆时，切记要带着手套、呼吸器并在通风良好的地方操作。

注意：经验丰富的漆工可以用尽可能少的稀料或溶剂将喷枪清洗干净。

无论是喷过硝基漆还是水基涂料的喷枪，用1盎司稀料或水就可以清理干净。

直接用喷枪喷出稀料来清洗喷嘴非常浪费稀料，应该改为拆掉喷嘴后用软毛刷在稀料中清洗。

重复清洗几次后将漆杯和盆腔擦干保存。

多次清洗后，用于清洗的稀料会变得很脏而无法使用，切记不要把废掉的稀料直接倒入水槽或泼到室外。

如果废稀料不多，最好的办法是让它自然蒸发掉，或者也可以喷到喷漆用的排风扇上使之蒸发。

注意不要让易燃性稀料的蒸发气体在封闭空间内积存过多，以免遇火发生爆炸。

连接气管为了给喷枪接入压缩空气，你需要准备合适的接口连接压缩空气管。

普通的公头1/4"金属气吼就可以拧到喷枪上，注意应该在螺纹上缠绕干胶条以防止漏气。

常用的压缩空气软管内径为5/16"或3/8"，如果气管长度在25'以内，可以使用5/16"内径的软管，如果长度超过50'，最好用3/8"内径的软管。

空气压力的调节一般取决于软管的长度：15'长软管需要30个大气压；25'长软管需要35个大气压；50'长软管需要40个大气压。

喷枪运转的目的要始终与被涂物面平行，与喷涂扇面垂直，运转速率不稳，涂层厚度不平均，运转速率过快涂层太薄，运转速率过慢涂层太厚。

扳机扣得越深，液体流速越大。

为了避免每次走枪行将结束时所喷出的涂料堆积，有经验的喷漆工都要略略放松一点扳机，以减少供漆量。

3.喷枪对基材表面的方位。

喷枪对基材表面应该保持垂直，或者尽量保持垂直。

假如喷枪有一点歪斜，其结果必定会造成喷幅带偏向一边流淌，而另一边则显得干瘦、缺漆，极有可能造成条纹状涂层。

5.1吹洗喷枪时，一定要小心拆装，保护好枪针，并保证吹净喷枪。
5.2喷枪在使用过程中，枪针上带有高压电，禁止将喷枪口接触任何地方。

油漆喷枪使用说明书

油漆喷枪使用说明书它是我们在喷涂施工中的主要操作设备，根据取料方式以分为三种：虹吸式、重力式和压送式。

因除对嘴式喷枪外，不论是其它虹吸式还是重力式都可以很方便的改为压送式，所以我们一般只把喷枪分为两种：虹吸式和重力式。

1.虹吸式喷枪（虹吸式喷枪外部结构如下图）虹吸式喷枪又分为对嘴式和扁嘴式两种。

对嘴式喷枪一般重量较轻，仅0.5公斤左右，贮料罐容量小，工作压力一般在０.274～０.345兆帕，喷涂时喷雾呈圆形，喷嘴与工件物面间距150～250毫米，仅适用于小工件的喷涂作业，所以又俗称小喷枪。

扁嘴式喷枪相应要重一些，约１公斤，贮料罐容量较大，喷涂气压一般控制在0.35~0.50兆帕，喷涂间距较大，约在250~350毫米，属于大型喷枪。

喷涂时喷雾由旋转螺冒调节控制，可呈圆形、扇形或圆锥形（旋紧），喷涂时应根据被涂物表面形状和施工现场情况而调整喷雾形态。

2.压下式喷枪压下式喷枪又称重力式喷枪，其构造和工作原理基本上与扁嘴式喷枪相同，只是贮料罐上方，涂料靠重力作用自行流入枪膛，并随压缩空气喷射在工件上。

贮料罐装在上方，即使涂料较少，亦可充分得到利用，这是它的优点。

但枪体重心上移，如装满涂料，重量较大，不便于枪体运作，且涂料又易溢出，影响操作。

3.压送式喷枪压送式喷枪其构造和工作原理基本上与压下式喷枪和虹吸式的扁嘴喷枪一样，其喷枪本身就是由扁嘴喷枪改造而成，不同的只是供料方式不一样而已，扁嘴式喷枪由贮料罐供料，压送式喷枪采用输漆泵供料。

4.常用喷枪的内部结构及各种控制阀门的作用①.枪头扁嘴（旋转螺母）枪头扁嘴主要是用来控制喷涂漆雾的形状和方向。

枪头扁嘴与枪身呈垂直或平行时，漆雾方向与枪头扁嘴的方向相反，漆雾呈扇形。

枪头扁嘴与枪身呈45°角交差时，漆雾呈圆形，角度变小或增大时，漆雾由圆形向椭圆变化，至180°角时变成扇形。

②.漆雾面积调节阀漆雾面积调节阀又称扇面调节阀，它在枪体的右上方，流量调节阀的上面。

7.接到喷枪的电缆和粉管必须排布整齐，以免出现机械损伤。

8.只有在喷房开启后才能开启喷枪。

如果喷房出现故障，喷枪也必须关闭。

9.检查所有导电体的接地状况，至少每周一次。

10.清理喷枪或是更换喷嘴时，必须关闭控制器。

这3个程序可以通过数字显示器方便调出，专门用来喷涂平板工件、复杂工件和复喷工件。

编程模式控制器最多可以储存20个喷涂程序。
