But the real Chinese food made in China tastes even better!First, let me tell you about some of the most yummy Chinese dishes. My favorite is dumplings! Dumplings are little packets made of dough with yummy fillings inside like pork, beef, vegetables, or even sweet fillings. My mom makes the best pork and cabbage dumplings. Mmm I'm getting hungry just thinking about them! Dumplings are usually boiled or fried. We eat them for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or anytime as a snack!Another super delicious dish is Peking duck. It's a whole crispy roasted duck that is carved right at your table. The skin is so crunchy and the meat is juicy. You eat it wrapped up in thin pancakes with fresh scallions, cucumbers and sweet bean sauce.My grandpa always took us out for Peking duck on special occasions when I was little.Chinese noodles are awesome too! There are so many different kinds - long noodles, short noodles, thick noodles, thin noodles.
