摘要

随着人们生活水平的日益提高，人们对服务的要求越来越高越来越苛刻。合理的选择仓库和配送中心，对于节约送货时间、运输成本、提高客户满意度等至关重要。大润发和家乐福是是南充市三大商场（大润发两家、家乐福一家），由于企业销售业务发展需要，现需要一个统一的仓库对它们进行供货，主要供应产品有生鲜、食品、衣服、家电和书籍等日常生活用品。合理的仓库选址、布局和设备选择对于配送、仓库日常维护至关重要。

本文主要对三个超市的供货仓库选址问题进行探讨。结合南充市国土局对土地的一个长期规划进行分析以及南充市的各地的自然环境、经济环境以及配送环境条件，再利用分级加权评分法对仓库进行选址，从而选址最优仓库地点，再对仓库进行总体布局规划以及库内设施进行选择。

Abstract

With the increasing living standards, people are increasingly demanding on service. Reasonable choice of warehouse and distribution center, for saving the time of delivery, transportation cost, improve customer satisfaction, etc.. RT mart and Carrefour is Nanchong City Shopping Centre (two of RT mart, Carrefour, a), because of the need of the enterprise business development, we need a unified repository for their delivery, the products are mainly supplied with fresh, food, clothing, household appliances and books daily life activities. Reasonable warehouse location, layout and equipment selection for distribution, warehouse daily maintenance is essential.

This paper mainly discusses the problem of the warehouse location in three supermarkets. Based on the analysis of a long-term planning of Nanchong Land Bureau and the natural environment, economic environment and distribution environment of Nanchong City, the location of the warehouse is optimized by using the hierarchical weighted scoring method.
