1.hard adj. 坚硬的
[例句] The table is hard.这个桌子很硬。

[反义词] soft柔软的
[例句] This toy bear is very soft. 这个玩具熊很柔软。

2.soft adj. 柔软的
[例句] This kind of pencil case is very soft. 这种笔袋很柔软。

3.rough adj. 粗糙的
[例句] The paper feels rough.这纸摸起来很粗糙。

[反义词] smooth光滑的
[例句] The wooden chair is big and smooth. 这把木椅子又大又光滑。

4.smooth adj. 光滑的
[例句] The ball is smooth and soft. 这个球又光滑又软。

5.sharp adj. 锋利的
[例词] a sharp knife 一把锋利的小刀 a sharp pencil 一支尖铅笔sharp teeth锋利的牙齿
[例句] Be careful! The axe is sharp! 当心!这把斧子很锋利!
[反义词] blunt钝的;不锋利的These pencils are blunt.这些铅笔不尖了。

[例句] Do you have a pencil case? 你有一个铅笔袋吗?
Ⅱ. Daily Expressions日常用语
1.Whose...is this/that/are these/those? 这个/那个/这些/那些……是谁的?
这是一个由whose引导的特殊疑问句。

其中指示代词this指离说话人较近的人或物,而指示代词that是指离说话人较远的人或物。

these是this的复数形式,those是that的复数形式。

注意:本句中的whose为who的所有格形式,意为“谁的”。

[例句]-Whose ball is this?这个球是谁的?-It's Mary’s.它是玛丽的。

-Whose pencils are these? 这些铅笔是谁的?-They’re Peter’s.它们是彼得的。

2.It's... They're...它是…… 它们是……
(1)当疑问句的主语是第三人称单数时,我们可以用It(He,She)is+(某人)某物或其特征进行回答。

即结构为:It ( He,She) + is + 其他。

[例句]-What is this?这是什么?-It is a book.它是一本书。

-How does the ball feel? 这个球摸起来感觉怎么样?- It is very smooth.它很光滑。

(2)当疑问句的主语是复数时,找们可以用They are+某物(复数形式)或其特征进行回答。

即结构为:They + are + 其他。

[例句]-What are those?那些是什么?-They are pencils.它们是铅笔。

-How do the pencils feel? 这些铅笔摸起来感觉怎么样?-They are blunt.它们
很钝。

3.Can I take off my shoes? 我能脱下鞋子吗?
本句是一个征求他人意见的常用句型。

其中take off意为“脱下(衣服);飞机(起飞)”。

[例句] Can I have a look at your book?我能看一下你的书吗?Can I use your ruler?
我能用你的尺子吗?
4.What's the matter? 怎么了?本句是一个用来询问他人情况的句型。

注意:What's the matter? = What's wrong?
5.Let's ask the man over there.我们问问那边的那个男人吧。

本句是一个向他人提建议的常用句型。

注意:let's=let us Let's…意为“让我们……”,let's后的实义动词要用原形。

[例句] Let's play football together.让我们一起踢足球吧。

III.Grammar语法
1.指示代词:this,that,these与those的用法
(1) this与these
①共同点和不同点
共同点:两者都指时间或空间上较近的事物。

不同点:this表示单数概念,意为:“这,这个”,与其连用的be动词为is,其后所跟的名词为:可数名词单数或不可数名词。

these表示复数概念,意为:“这些”,与其连用的be 动词为are,其后所跟的名词为:可数名词复数。

①关系:this的复数形式为these; these的单数形式为this。

(2) that与those
①共同点和不同点
共同点:两者都指时间或空间上较远的事物。

不同点:that表示单数概念,意为:“那,那个”,与其连用的be动词为is,其后所跟的名词为:可数名词单数或不可数名词。

those表示复数概念,意为:“那些”,与其连用的be 动词为
are,其后所跟的名词为:可数名词复数。

①关系:that的复数形式为those;those的单数形式为that。

①用法
that和those的用法可参照this和these,除了意义上this与that互为对应词,these和those 互为对应词外,that与this都跟可教名词单数或不可数名词,与其连用的be动词都是is,those 和these都跟可数名词复数,与其连用的be动词都是are。

2.They're Miss Fang’s.
本单元我们学习了一个重要的语法点:名词所有格。

名词所有格表示所属关系,相当于物主代词,其构成如下:
(1) 表示人或其他有生命的东西的名词常在词尾加’s。

如:my father's car我爸爸的车Children's Day儿童节
(2) 以s或es结尾的复数名词,只在词尾加’。

如:Teachers' Day教师节
(3) 表示两人共有某物时,可以采用A and B's的形式。

注意:如果是A's and B's的形式,则表示两个人各自拥有某物。

如:Lucy and Lily's bedroom露西和莉莉的卧室Lucy's and Lily's bedroom露西和莉莉各自的卧室
