BEC考试流程详解篇一BEC考试大致流程:BEC考试的顺序依次是阅读,写作,听力,口语。
考试一般9点钟开始,但请各位考生以准考证上的时间为准,较好提前30分钟到达。

如果方便,可以带瓶水,但是注意不要让水影响到你的试卷和答题卡。
提前上厕所。

一、现状及其问题商务英语写作能力包括一般贸易信函、贸易流程信函、商务社交信函、公司内部信函、及求职任职信函。

因此在与国外企业在进行国际贸易谈判之前需要针对其国家的历史文化和语言使用上进行了解,进而尊重其文化与语言差异,在实际的谈判中通过翻译能力和翻译技巧来实现双方文化与语言差异的兼顾,进而降低交流矛盾。
但是在国际贸易谈判之中难免会出现直译的情况,这就需要翻译人员掌握商务英语翻译技巧,进而通过更加委婉的方式来进行表达,进而缓解谈判气氛,保证国际贸易谈判的成功和顺利。

其构成包含以下:(1)信头 letterhead信头就是指发信人的地址和发信的日期等。
一般公司都会印制带有信头的信笺纸,包括发信人的姓名,地址,电话,传真等。
(2)编号和日期 reference and date这部分内容是为了方便今后查询信件用的。
(3)封内名称及地址 inside name and address收信人的姓名和地址,一般在信的左上方。
必须把收信人的姓名一并写出及收信人的所在部门。
(4)注意事项 attention line通常写在封内地址的后面,方便收信人区分信息的分类(5)称呼 salutation指对收信人的一种称呼。
较常使用的有Dear Sirs, Dear Madam,(6)事由subject line事由就是通常说的主题,让人不必读完全信就了解到信的内容。
所以事由要写得简明扼要。
(7)信文 body of the letter一封信件的优劣,完全要看正文写的好或坏。
(8)结尾敬语 complimentary close用来总结全文,提示对收信人的要求,如“希望来信来函定货”等,另外也附加一些略带客套的语气。
正文结束后,另起一段写结尾语。
结束信函时应该与前面的称呼相呼应。
例如“Gentlemen: ”对应的则是:“Truly yours,”等。
(9)签署signatrue签上写信人的名字,如果是传统的信件,写信人最好亲笔签上您的名字,签名的下面最好写上发信人的职位。
(10)附件enclosure如果信中有附件,左下角注明Encl. 或Enc. 例如:Encls:4 samples(11)抄送 carbon copy notation有抄送“C.C.”和秘密抄送“B.C.C.”(12)附言postscript即写信时遗漏什么信息,就可在结尾时补充。

它包括以下几方面:(1)、商务英语信函的书写原则商务信函并不要求我们使用华丽优美的词句,用一些简单朴实的语言,准确的表达自己的意思,让对方可以清楚的了解自己想说什么。
一般地,商务信函有以下几个方面的写作原则:礼貌原则(courtesy):礼貌不仅仅是指有礼而已,或者简单的用一些礼貌用语就可以,它是从一个“You attitude”的角度考虑问题。
为了使商务英语文书更具礼节,尽量不用大写英文字母,那样会使得自己是用命令的语气或是在叫嚣;另外,过激、冒犯和轻视的用词也不应使用。
如何让对方觉得是礼貌呢?第一尽量用被动态,只要意思清楚,没有歧义,用了被动语态的句子比主动语态的句子更加礼貌。
第二用疑问句,当我们要求对方做与生意有关的事情时, 我们用疑问句更好。
最后是用虚拟句,有时用虚拟句是个好选择,既表示了尊重也达到了礼貌。
体谅原则(consideration) :是强调对方的情况而不是自己的情况,要体现一种站在他人角度去考虑、多体谅对方心情和处境。
在书写商务英语信函时,将对方的要求、意见、渴望和感情记在心中,然后寻找一种最好的方式将信息传递给对方。
完整原则(completeness) :在信函中信息完整很关键,商务信函中应包括所有必需的信息,在书写时,可先列提纲或是在心中有一个明朗的思路即要清楚这个信函的内容应包含什么,避免一件事分多次书信传达给对方。
清楚原则(clarity):是商务英语信函写作最重要的原则.一封含糊不清、辞不达意的书信会引起误会与歧义,甚至会造成贸易损失。
注意修饰词的位置,修饰词要紧紧跟再被修饰词后,从而避免歧义。
清楚表达即应注意选择正确、简练的词以及正确的句子结构。
分清内容主次之间的关系,而不是毫无重点的写,书写者必须将自己的意思清晰地表达出来,以便对方准确理解。
简洁原则(conciseness):要求我们用最少的语言表达最丰富的内容。
在写作中, 我们应当用简短、易懂、直接、朴素的英语, 要避免重复、罗嗦, 能用单词表达短语的就用单词,能用短语表达句子的就用短语,能用短句表达长句的则用短句。
具体原则(concreteness):使表达的内容准确而又生动。
当涉及到数据或具体的信息时,比如时间、地点、价格、货号等等,尽可能做到具体、详细。
这样会使交流的内容更加清楚,对方一看就明了,这样将更有助于加快事务的进程。
正确原则(correctness):不仅是指语法、单词拼写正确,也指语言标准、内容叙述恰当、数字精确、以及对商业惯用语的正确理解。
(2)作用地位的中心化随着世界经济一体化步伐的加快,国际间商务合作日益加强。
在我国加入世界贸易组织后,与其他成员国的经济交往日趋频繁,对外经济贸易也得到了快速发展。
但在信息化高度发达的今天,该信件并不局限于纸质信件,也可以是电子邮件、传真或MSN。
对外贸易不断发展,而商务英语信函则是国际商业交往中必不可少的手段,对外贸易的各个环节大多通过此进行的。
从建立业务关系到达成交易,执行合同,以及执行合同过程中的纠纷等,大都需通过函电解决。
因而,对外贸易又被称为“单据贸易”。
在对外贸易的操作实务中,贸易各环节所有的交往函电都构成重要的依据。
对外贸易越来越依赖于单据交换的过程,商务英语函电的中心化作用也日渐明显。
(3)传输方式信息化随着信息技术、多媒体技术和收集技术的发展,人类社会形态进入了信息社会形态。
纸质信函在业务活动中再也不占主导地位,而是在很大程度上代之以传真、互联网、电子邮件等更为快速、利便、经济的通信方式,但在信息内部实质意义和形式来看,其基本格局、表达体式格局和内部实质意义都没有大的变化。
据从事外贸行业的人员介绍,现今的商业上的事务交流98%使用的是E- mail,其余的是电传,有时也会打打手机。
(4)书写格式自由化商务英语信函的公函,其写作格式有多种风格,有专业式、简洁式和庄重式。
一般来说,国际商务英语书信通常是三段式结构,即开头、中间部分和结尾。
而函电格式自由化主要体现在信头、呼语和信内地址等方面。
随着贸易双方业务联系的增多与贸易关系的加强,彼此间的了解与沟通日益深入,有个人内容渗入公函的趋势,这也助长了其格式的自由化。
(5)语言风格简洁化在商务英语信函的写作过程中,除因格式自由化而变简洁外,其语言运用方面也简洁化了。
一方面,信函中应省去那些客套、多余的话语而直接指向主题,主要是为了简洁明了、便于阅读;另一方面,电子数据交换、电报、要求等用语及短句的使用,都使其语言风格简洁化了。
(6)写作样式多样化由于商务英语信函涉及到外贸工作的各个环节,因此可以依据其作用、内容等分为若干种类。
函电的传送方式,除了传统的邮政邮寄外,还有现代化的快递、电报、电传、电子邮件以及国际互联网在线及时沟通等。
因此,针对不同的传送方式要求不同的文件类型,写作样式也就愈加灵活多样。
2、商务英语信函的写作技巧商务信函结构和语言习惯用法的影响。
写商务英语信函比写其他的文章要容易得多,原因是它有固定的写作规则和框架。
这一点在商务英语信函的格式、结构中有充分的体现。
(1) 信函格式对商务英语信函写作的影响了解英文商务信函的基本格式, 是正确规范书写商务英语信函的前提。
目前常用的商务信函有两种格式:一是混合式;二是齐头式。
混合式是传统信函的常用方式。
信内收信人姓名和地址用齐头式,但构成信函的正文的各段的首行缩进2—3个字母。
日期写在信内收信人姓名和地址的上面, 但大多数这种格式的信函把日期写在右边,表示敬意的结尾和写信人的签名应居中或偏右书写。
齐头式在英国和美国正在日益被采用,这种书信格式是很新颖的。
它的主要特点在于信函的各个部分均从左边框开始打起。
这也是齐头式和混合式的主要区别所在。
另还有改良式和简化式,在实际商务英语写作中, 我们可以根据不同的客户的特点选择我们不同的格式。
(2) 信函结构对商务英语信函写作的影响。
写商务英语信函的时候,我们最好采用信函写作的通常结构,它通常包括四个部分---引言、细节、回应和结尾。
引言"Thank you for your letter of April 18,2011. . ""W e refer to your Order N o. 13 and regret to say that . . . "这些句子常常用到。
用到这些现成的、固定的和有效的句子符合商务信函的阅读习惯,熟悉的语言能使交流更简单。
