(talk about abilities),整个教学内容主要围绕“会做什么”这个话题展开,以此为语言背景,让学生通过5课时的学习感知,初步掌握本单元的语法项目“情态动词can”的用法。
本单元的一个突出特点是:语言目标和语言功能能够有机结合起来,即使用情态动词can来谈论学习自己某一方面所具备的能力。
本课是本单元的第一课时,要求学生掌握新的词汇和重点句型。
The conversaticns, 围绕着重点句型,从学生的实际生活出发,向学生们展示了喜闻乐见的多种课外小组形式。
要求学生根据自己的爱好选择自己喜欢的俱乐部,并会表达自己在该俱乐部中会做什么。
三、教学目标及要求1、知识目标:谈论能力(1)单词:sing ,dance, play the guitar,join ,speak English,play chess , swim (2)重点句型:Can you ?Yes ,I can. No,I can’t . what club do you want to join?I want to join the music club.2、能力目标:(1)掌握用情态动词表达自己在某方面的才能,谈谈彼此的特长与爱好。
(2)通过“记者采访活动”和“开设俱乐部”两项任务的完成过程,培养学生的群体意识和合作能力。
3、情感目标:(1)通过语言交际训练,激励学生在班级展示才艺,增加学习乐趣。
(2通过学生在模拟记者采访,模拟用人单位,对所需人才的招聘和应聘,让学生装意识到能力在社会上的重要性,从而激发学生不断进行探究,自主学习知识,为集合的人生道路积累更多的、更丰富的才艺。
四教学重点、难点、本课中的重点内容是使用情态动词can 谈论自己在某一方面所具有的能力,重点词汇是dance,swim,sing,play chess,paint,speak English,swimming club,English club,art club.难点是:can 的一般疑问句,用情态动词can来谈论彼此的特长与爱好。

我所上的班级不是自己所上的班级。
经课前初步了解,该班学生学习程度参差不齐,两极分化较严重,一部分学生已经开始厌倦学习英语。
我根据不同层次的学生设计不同的问题,以激励学生的学习积极性。
四、教学重点和难点:1、情态动词can的用法。
(1)不随人称和数的变化而变化;(2)其后接动词原形;(3)一般疑问句把情态动词can提到句首;(4)否定句直接在情态动词can后加not. 2、want to do sth and want sth 的用法。
