*HJ1516高温石英挠性加速度计伺服电路
一、概述
HJ1516（集成电路筛选）是一种检测差动电容的专用伺服电路，同石英电容传感器配接，构成一个完整石英挠性加速度计。

加速度计广泛用于惯导系统中，测量运动载体的加速度、速度、位置倾角等。

该器件采用高温厚膜混合集成电路工艺，主要特点是密封性高、温度范围宽、低功耗、体积小、重量轻、可靠性高和无外接元件。

该器件与不同传感器匹配时可进行PID特性调整。

HJ1516内部增加了温度传感器，方便客户进行温度建模修正，提高系统的精度。

HJ1516工作温度可达+200℃。

二、电原理框图
注：图中○表示外壳管脚号，表示内部焊接点标志。

三、封装形式与引出端功能
1．封装形式：采用MBC-P08A金属圆外壳封装，外形尺寸如图所示(单位：mm)。

2．引出端功能

引线焊接温度（10s）+300℃储存温度-55～+175℃耗散功率600mW 工作温度范围-55～+200℃
六、装配说明
1.传感器的差动电容C d+连接在引脚“C+”上，
差动电容C d-连接在引脚“C-”上。

2.传感器的力矩器高端连接在引脚“L+”上；力
矩器低端L-连接在引脚“L-”上。

3.传感器的地线连接在引脚“G”上。

4.HJ1516在同传感器接好连线后，HJ1516同传
感器对接在一起进行焊接，构成一个密封的整体。

5.由于传感器特性的差异，伺服电路测试的电特
性是不一样的，本公司可根据不同的传感器调试加
速度计的动态特性。

The permanent magnet latching allows automatic interruption of the dc drive voltage to cut power consumption and simplify circuit design.
