Abduction 外展:远离身体中线的动作。
•Acute 剧痛:突然发生的,有着刺痛、剧烈和短时间持续的特性。
•Adduction 内收:接近身体中线的动作。
•Aerobic 有氧的:如字面一般,有氧气的,或有氧气存在的地方。
•Aerobic capacity 有氧能量:人体从空气中吸取氧气再经由肺部和血管来转换成活动肌肉的能力;与心肺耐力有关。
•Aerobic exercise 有氧运动:在长时间下经由利用多种不同活动而引起增加氧气需求量的一种训练心肺系统的方法。
•Agonist 收缩肌:关节运动中主要负责的肌肉。
又称为主要动作肌。
•Amenorrhea 无月经:月经失调的症状。
•Anaerobic 无氧的:不需要氧气的:通常是瞬间冲刺、高能量的活动。
•Anaerobic threshold 无氧作业阈值:当身体无法继续达到它对氧气的需求时而促使无氧代谢加速的状况。
•Anorexia nervosa 神经性厌食症-是一种精神方面的厌食症,因情绪失调导致丧失食欲;通常发生在 12 岁至 21 岁故意让自己饿肚子的女性身上,会造成严重的体重下降甚至死亡。
•Antagonist 拮抗肌-与原动肌作用相反的肌群称为拮抗肌 ( 从位于关节运动轴的位置来讲,对抗肌位于原动肌的对侧 ) 。
譬如说在弯举的动作中,肱三头肌是肱肌和肱二头肌的拮抗肌。
•Anterior 前面的-指身体部位或人体器官的正面。
•Arteriosclerosis 闭塞性动脉硬化症-泛称多种中型动脉的病理改变。
最重要的一型是动脉粥样化,因胆固醇及其它物质沉积在血管内层所致。
•Assistor 辅助肌-能够辅助肌肉的移动,但并不是主要原动力的来源。
通称为次要动作肌。
•Atherosclerosis 动脉粥样硬化 ( 症 ) -在动脉和小动脉内壁上不规则脂类沉积( 主要是胆固醇和甘油三脂 ) 的情况。
产生的原因包括了高动物脂肪饮食、高血压、肥胖和缺乏运动。
