集成电路(IC)生产过程中,电子部件需要进行高温烘烤一定时间后冷却再进行测试。目前市场上小型烘干机使用很不方便,不具备恒温计时及快速冷却等功能,也无法实现后台监测管理,仍靠人工观察和纸质保存信息。因此,开发一种能解决上述问题的新型烘干机系统对IC生产过程具有重要意义。

本系统是受苏州工业园区一家IC生产企业委托开发。整个系统主要由两大部分组成。第一部分为以Freeeasle M08HC908GP32 MCU为核心的嵌入式采集与控制系统,其硬件由MCU及其支撑电路、LCD、电位器、热电耦、三色报警灯、红外传感器、数据采集与控制模块等组成,嵌入式软件主要包括数据采集与滤波、三色报警灯驱动控制、LCD显示及串行通信等。第二部分为PC方的软件系统。主要功能是与MCU方进行串行通信、物理量回归、通过数据库操作实现对控制器历史状态的查询与管理等。

文中给出了控制器的串行通信、串口HUB、数据采集和A/D转换、LCD显示、继电器驱动等部分的硬件设计以及面向这些硬件对象的软件设计,阐述了PC方软件数据库结构与软件设计要点。重点介绍了串口HUB的硬件设计以及分段直线回归方法的设计与实现。

目前,新型烘干机系统在该公司得到了广泛的应用,现控制与管理4套烘烤机与冷却箱,可扩展至100套。本系统运行安全可靠,大大节约了成本,提高了公司的经济效益,具有良好的应用推广价值。

and filtering,the drive control of three-alarm-light,LCD displaying and communication with PC etc.The second is PC’s son啊啊re that implements communication with MCU,the block straight-line regression,implementing the operation of the database on the

history ofstate controller's search and records management.

This paper shows the hardware design of serial communication,serial port HUB,data acquisition and A/D converting,LCD displaying and relay driving,and the S0ft懈design o f

these hardware object-oriented,describes the database structure and software design features of PC's software.It introduces the hardware of serial port HUB,the design and implementation of

the block straight-line regression in details.

Now,the new ovell system has been run steadily and reliably in this company.It can

control and manage 4 bakes and 4 cooling boxes,and can be expanded tO 1 00 bakes and 1 00

cooling boxes.It is proved that the system can save the cost and improve the company's economic efficiency.The application ofthis system is very promising and valuable.
