1.1 课题的现状分析:
汽车变速器, 是一套用于来协调发动机的转速和车轮的
实际行驶速度的变速装置, 用于发挥发动机的最佳性能, 为满足现代人们对汽车适应节能、安全、舒适、高效、可靠方面不断提高的要求, 变速器的性能及换挡叉的操作简便、舒适度就尤为重要。
手动变速箱必须根据汽车运行条件的变化,由驾驶员随时变换挡位,要求驾驶员能对离合器踏板、油门踏板及变速操纵杆进行准确地协调配合,从而保证汽车具有良好的动力性和经济性,因此手动机械变速器换挡频繁、劳动强度大、会分散驾驶员的注意力,增加了不安全因素。
自动变速箱能根据路面状况自动变速、变矩,具有更好的驾驶性能、行驶性能、安全性能
