《大空头》解说文案_让我们刺破经济泡沫，辛辣调侃次贷危机——北美新片《大空头》漫谈.美国传记/喜剧/剧情电影《大空头》，于2015年上映，由亚当·麦凯导演，迈克尔·刘易斯亚当·麦凯编剧，影片讲述了影片讲述了三群不同的人马通过预测到2007到2010年间美国次贷危机的发生，而从中赚得巨利的故事。

2005年，性格古怪的对冲基金经理迈克尔·布瑞看出了美国房地产市场极不稳定，建立在高风险并且回报越来越少的次级房贷的基础之上。

他预测房地产市场就于2007年的第二个季度崩溃，并且意识到自己可以通过创造一个信用违约互换在2005年发现了韦内特的计划，也加入到贷款违约保险市场中来。

他们自感过于稚嫩，缺少经验，于是寻求退休银行家本·李克特的帮助。

他们也参加了美国证券业论坛，并且成功地与银行达成协议。

两个年轻人击掌庆祝，李克特却提醒他们，他们庆祝的是一次可怕的经济危机，很多普通人将失去他们的工作和房子。

2016开年，让我们来谈谈经济危机！哈哈哈，自己都觉得这个开头还真是又衰又无聊呢，不过还好电影《大空头》带给我们的感觉是完全不同的。

这样一部来源于美国著名金融记者：迈克尔·刘易斯同名著作的影片，在改编之初，当作者听到消息时，全然没有在意。

在好莱坞报道的圆桌访谈中，他说道：“我在写作的时候，觉得这部作品，不可能被搬上大荧幕。

”。

尽管迈克尔·刘易斯这样说，但是之前他已经有两部著作被改编成电影，分别是：2009年的《弱点》讲述一名传奇的橄榄球运动员的经历、2011年的《点球成金》讲述一位传奇的棒球队经理人。

而把这部《点球成金》搬上大荧幕的幕后推手，正是独具慧眼的布拉德·皮特先生，他自己还担任了主演。

而他还曾确切地表示：“《大空头》的故事需要被讲述，现在的情形和次贷危机时，没有丝毫改变”。

这里再次膜拜一下皮特先。

这些经过二手、三手的贷款就叫做次贷、次次贷。

在这一条长长的利益输送链中，最具有风险其实就是这些次级贷款。

通常信用良好的贷款都轻松转手卖出去了，不良贷款的MBS怎么卖？银行家们发明了担保债务凭证（CDO），把信用评级低的贷款重新包装组合在一起，只要房贷数量足够多，就可以形成多元化的组合，然后再找信用评级机构评分，又是一个好的产品。

一份住房贷款后面可能附着无穷无尽、子子孙孙的衍生品。

但是其中存在的问题是如果越来越多的人还不上贷款，那么银行只好把房子没收回来，拿去低价出售，由于银行为了尽快获得资金，填补借款人未还款的部分，这些用来抵押的房屋，通常会以低于市场价的价格出售。

市场里面房子量越来越多，进而导致房价下跌。

另一方面，原始贷款还不回来的钱收不回来一多了，又会影响到它关联的CDO，进而影响全国的经济。

次贷危机发生前，美国财政部部长经常讲，美国的金融体系非常强大，房价从来没有跌过，所以没有人相信CDO会垮掉。

迈克尔.布瑞研究发现在2000年前，美国的房价以每年1%速度增长，但在2000年以后，房价却在以7%的速度增长。

如果要回到2000年前的上涨趋势，短期内要暴跌40%。
