焚烧炉操作说明

1．加热废油柜至60℃以上，打开废油柜出口阀和点火柴油进口阀。

2．将柴油“置换”开关置于“正常”位。3．点火油头开关（辅助）放于“正常”位。4．把所有“手动”放

于“自动”位。5．把废油压力调节阀和流量调节阀全开。

6．打开电源开关，打开雾化空气阀等。7．按下“复位”开关。

8．按下“自动启动”开关。

9．排烟风机和废油

泵将运转，调节废油压力至0.06MPa。

10. 废油开始燃烧后，调节废油流量，控制炉膛温度900～950℃

11．当需要停止时，按下“自动停止”按钮。

要停止前，需用轻油置换废油。

当炉膛温度低

于50℃时，排烟风机自动停止。

12．关闭相关阀门。

OPERATION OF

INCINERATOR Method of incinerating waste oil

1.Heating waste oil tank up to 60℃,Open the waste oil tank

outlet valve and pilot burner diesel oil inlet valve .

2.Put the diesel oil substitution switch in “Nor.”Position.

3.Put the pilot burner switch (Assist) in “Nor.” position.

4.Put all manual operation switches in Auto position.

5.Put the waste oil pressure regulating valve and waste oil flow regulating valve in full open position.

6.Turn on power switch, Open main

valve as atomizing air main valve etc.

7.Press the reset switch to make the initial reset.

8.Press AUTO START switch.

9.The induced fan and waste oil pump will start on running. At this

time, regulate the circulating pressure of waste oil to 0.06MPa. 10.After starting the combustion of waist oil, regulate the flow of waste oil so that the combustion chamber outlet exhaust gas

temperature will fall within the range of 900 to 950℃.

11.Where waste oil incineration has to be allowed to stop, press AUTO STOP switch, before stop incinerating, substitute diesel

oil for waste oil. When the combustion chamber outlet exhaust gas temperature has arrived at 50℃,the induced fan comes to a stop automatically. 12.Close such main valves as atomizing air
