热镀锌是一种有效的金属防腐方式，主要用于各行业的金属结构设施上。是将除锈后的钢件浸入500℃左右融化的锌液中，使钢构件表面附着锌层，从而起到防腐的目的。一般用于大量输电塔、通讯塔, 机械交通, 热工, 建筑, 电力,等。

热镀锌工艺流程：成品去油-水洗-酸洗-清洗-助溶剂-烘干-镀锌-冷却-完工

Hot-dip galvanizing process: alkali washing - washing - acid-washing- cosolvent (NH4Cl+ZnCl2)-Dry- Hot-dip-finish
