1.5inch RGB OLED Module用户手册产品概述本产品是1.5寸彩色OLED显示屏,分辨率为128*128,带有内部控制器,支持4-wireSPI和3-wire SPI进行控制。
产品特性驱动芯片: SSD1351支持接口: 4-wire SPI、3-wire SPI分辨率: 128 * 128显示尺寸: 1.5inch显示颜色: 65K彩色工作电压: 3.3V / 5V管脚配置功能引脚描述VCC 电源正GND 电源地DIN 数据输入CLK 时钟输入CS 片选信号DC 数据/命令信号选择RST 复位信号本OLED模块提供两种通信方式:4-wire SPI和3wire-SPI,在模块的背面有一个可选择焊接的电阻,通过该电阻来选择通信方式。
如下图:模块出厂默认使用4线SPI通信,即BS0默认接0注:下表为接口连接。

并支持8bit 8080并行、8bit 6800并行、3wire-SPI和4wire-SPI等通信方式。
本模块选择了4wire-SPI和3wire-SPI作为通信方式,减小模块的面积,同时节省了控制器的IO资源。
4WIRE-SPI通信协议在4wire-SPI通信中,先将DC置1或置0,再发送一个或多个字节的数据。
当DC置1时,发送的字节将作为显示数据存入SSD1351的SRAM中,作为显示数据。

关于屏幕概念的炒作,从之前的IPS、AMOLED、SLCD的面板之争,到现在清一色标榜自己是OGS全贴合屏幕,如何如何轻薄、透光、图像“浮现”在屏幕上,苹果则貌似更为“高端”,传出了In-cell/On-cell的概念。
煮机做这期关于OGS/In-Cell/On-Cell屏幕的科普,力求通俗易懂,望以最简单的方式让大家了解真相。
要彻底了解In-Cell/On-Cell/OGS等等屏幕,就得先知道屏幕的基本结构组成。
从上到下,屏幕的基本结构分为三层,保护玻璃(最上面橙黄色标注了Cover glass的部分),触控层(图中一点点淡蓝色虚线,标注了X、Y的部分),显示面板。
保护玻璃没什么好说的,康宁大猩猩玻璃就是。
触控层的话,就是由ITO触控薄膜和ITO玻璃基板组成。
显示面板可细分的程度高,这里只大致排列下:从上到下,分别是上玻璃基板(粉红色标注了Color filiter的区域,即彩色滤光基板),液晶层(蓝条),下玻璃基板(粉红色标注了Array的区域,即薄膜电晶体基板)。
最后,还需要指出的是,保护玻璃/触控层与显示面板之间,一般贴合技术会形成一层空气(即图中标注了Bonding的金黄色区域),如果采用全贴合技术去除这层空气,屏幕反光会大大减少,点亮屏幕时就显得更为通透,熄屏时更加黑沉,没有灰白的观感。
