1、支持多种模拟数字信号输入产品可以支持多种数字&模拟信号输入,而且接口使用BNC DVI等在工业应用上最为广泛工业级接口,使得产品显示的稳定性得到大幅度提高2、温控风扇描述:恒温机体功能主要特点:类似38°机箱的特点,能够保证机壳内温度控制在设定的温度值之下。
原理描述:显示器具有设定温度报警值的功能,当温度超过设定值时,风扇自动启动,进行风冷降温,保证机内关键期间在适当的温度下运行。
在屏体内部靠近电源板和A/D板上有温度感应芯片,能够实时采集机壳内部的温度,并传输到控制电路板,控制电路和已经设定的温度比较,进行操作,来实现对温控风扇的“起停”操作,保证机壳内部温度稳定在可控范围内。
3、RJ45整体远程控制描述:通过工业现场总线(RJ45:接口通常用于数据传输,共有八芯做成,最常见的应用为网卡接口)建立屏体与PC机的连接,实现屏体的远程控制,并且RJ45可以实现环通功能,只需要1跟网线输入线就可以控制整个拼接画面显示应用:在设备安装后,如果调试不易或者在对屏体的设置需要经常变动的场合(如展会或者音乐会等),需要有远程的操控软件实现对屏体进行远程的设置,可以更丰富更快捷的实现屏体显示效果、模式的调整。
4、输入信号环接功能可通过信号接口的BNC-CVBS,S-VIDEO信号源INPUT和OUTPUT功能实现输入信号的传递,很多情况下可以省去视频分配器。
5、控制软件可通过PC控制软件方便的对屏体的拼接模式,产品显示特性进行调节,并且设有管理员模式,来方便控制对权限进行管理;控制软件的内容要包括拼接模式的设定,产品显示特性的调节(亮度,对比度,白平衡自动校正,产品显示框架调整等等);软件中要集成可以和外接矩阵配合的矩阵控制部分。
6、任意拼接通过软件可以实现产品任意拼接,使用范围广7、框架效果调整可以通过软件对显示产品框架效果进行调整,避免拼接显示时出现失真现象,使得显示的画面更为自然,显示效果更棒8、超窄边边框厚度缩减到7.3mm,实现更好的拼接显示效果。

常见液晶面板型号及代码生产液晶面板的厂家主要有韩国的三星、LG-PHILIPS,现代(HYUNDAI)、日本的夏普、日立、NEC,中国台湾的友达(AUO)、奇美(CHI MET)、广辉、中华,以及中国内陆的上广电(SVA)、京东方(BOE)等。
不同厂家生产的液晶面板,其命名规则有不同的规律,主要命名规则如下:在LG-PHILIPS液晶面板中,一般会出现LP、LM、LS、LA、La 等标识,以LP开头的面板是用于笔记本电脑的薄屏,多为单口6bit LVDS(含部分TMDS)屏;以LM开头的多为厚屏,其中还会带一后缀区分]TL与LVDS两种;LS的屏较少见,一般为TC0N和RSDS面板;LA、La多是早期的面板,接口不一。
在三星液晶面板中,多以LTM、LT、LTN等开头,但会带一个代表尺寸大小的数字标识勺如141、150、157、170、190等。
其中,如果型号中带有Ⅹ,多为XCA的分辨率;带W多为16:9的分辨率;带E多为SXGA;带P多为SXCA+;带U的多为UXGA;同时也会带T或L来表示πL或是LVDS接口。
(进入工厂模式后,在倒数第2行有这样的信息: Version: m-MY190CFB-1000.1 最后3位字母表示生产厂家面板,CAA-三星原屏CAB-三星的 CDA是奇美的A级屏 CFB是京东方屏.)在现代(HYUNDAI)液晶面板中,一般以HT开头,如HTl7E11-200。
在日立(HITACHI)液晶面板中,一般会以Ⅸ力口屏的尺寸大小(厘米)以及代表分辨率的数字,一般为9代表SXGA+,5代表UXGA,其他的一般为XCA;TX后面的数字,26为10,4in31为12.1in,34为13.3in,36为14,1in,38为15in,41为1 6in,43为17in,46为18.lin。
夏普(SHARP)液晶面板中,一般以LQ加面板尺寸大小(英寸)以及代表分辨率的符号表示,若型号中有Ⅹ,表示分辨率为XCA;若型号中有F,表示分辨率为SXGA+;若型号中有U,表示分辨率为UXGA。
