摘要

柠檬片中含有糖类、钙、磷、铁及维生素B1、B2、C 等多种营养成分,此外,还有丰富的柠檬酸和黄酮类、挥发油、橙皮甙等。柠檬酸具有防止和消除皮肤色素沉着的作用。在市场上柠檬切片机种类很多,但是大部分自动化程度不高,使用范围就会受到限制。而且效率不是很高,人力成本大。

本文所设计的柠檬切片机是一台结合自动流水线上料的设备。设备整体体积不大、结构比较简单,适用于中小型加工厂、餐厅、中小型作坊等。本文首先对柠檬切片机的研究背景及意义进行介绍,然后对国内外研究现状和市场进行陈述,分析相关的切片机机构,如柠檬切片机、红薯切片机等,通过对设备装置的整体布局、设计计算、材料选择等一系列研究,完成柠檬切片机的整体结构设计,建立3D模型。

柠檬切片机具有高效率,柠檬切片机的设计原理主要利用电动机提供动力,带轮、锥齿轮传动,主轴连接旋转刀高速旋转,实现柠檬的切片。然后配合小型流水线自动上料。本设计结构简单、操作方便、节约人力。

Design of lemon slicer

Abstract

Lemon tablet contains carbohydrate, calcium, phosphorous, iron and vitamin B1, B2, C a variety of nutrition composition, in addition, still have rich citric acid and flavonoid kind, volatile oil, hesperidin etc . Citric acid can prevent and eliminate skin pigmentation .There are many types of lemon slicers on the market, but most of them are not highly automated and their range of use is limited .And the efficiency is not very high, manpower cost is big .

The lemon slicer designed in this paper is a device combined with automatic assembly line feeding .The overall volume of equipment is not large, the structure is relatively simple, applicable to small and medium-sized processing plants, restaurants, small and medium-sized workshops .At first, this paper research background and significance of lemon slice machine is introduced, then the research status and market at home and abroad were reviewed, analyzed related slicer, such as potato slicing machine, such as sweet potato slicer, through to the equipment general layout, the design and calculation, material selection and a series of research, completed the overall structure of the lemon slice machine design, 3 d model is set up .

Lemon slicing machine has high efficiency. The design principle of lemon slicing

machine mainly USES electric motor to provide power, belt wheel, bevel gear transmission, spindle connection rotary knife high-speed rotation, realize lemon slicing.Then cooperate with small production line to feed automatically.The design structure is simple, easy to operate, saving manpower.
