成绩在80分以上(含80分)为合格,80分以下(不含80分)为不合格。
试讲合格者根据学校用人计划,按试讲成绩从高到低择优选拔。
2.考核专家必须在评语栏内对试讲新教师的优缺点进行点评,提出改进意见和建议,对试讲结果给出综合评语。
