【整体点评】整体来看，今年山东卷作文难度不大，沿袭了山东卷提纲类书信体作文的传统，题干依然保持“字数虽少，但信息量不小”的特点，写作试题的考察上体现了命题人稳中求变和创新的原则。

今年山东卷考察的书信类型，而为了考察考生审题能力，命题人并没有把如“感谢”、“道歉”、“建议”、“申请”等明显的字眼放在题中，而是通过考察学生对题干的审题能力暗示学生此书信体作文应大体包含道歉和告知两个方面。

因此文章的主干部分要先表示歉意、解释原因，后写假期的打算。

从写作要点和得分点来看，考生应在宏观上把握书信体写作的要求，如格式、文体等，写作段落以三段式为宜，首段体现问候、写信背景等，尾段再次致歉、也可询问Tom暑假里的打算，体现书信体的交际性；而中间段具体交待未及时回信的原因、假期的打算。

由此可看出山东省作文的命题趋势还是热点在应用文体裁，内容更贴近中学生的日常生活和交际的需求，因此学生写起来更为有素材，形式上给出要点但又有相当的写作的自由度和给学生想象和创造的空间。

【总评】在山东省新课程改革和素质教育改革逐步推进的大背景下，对高考题目的改革和创新就尤为重要和关键。

今年的高考试题就呈现出难度适中，稳中求变的趋势。

在新课程下教材难度加大，教学时间缩紧，教学和学习任务就略显紧张。
