Discuss the questions with students and present the new words: weather condition, cover, victim, caller, and hotline. Then explain the context of this section. The two persons are Mr. and Mrs. Su. One day, they had a car accident during the snowstorm and called the 110 hotline for help. Then the police came and saved them.3.Show a table and explain this table is a police report.
