The importance of time

Good morning,dear teacher and my friends!

My name is ****.I’m a student of Great 7 from ***middle school. I ’m very glad to stand here and give you a short speech today. My topic is “the importance of time”.

Someone says: “Time is money!” But I think time is even more important than money. Why? Because when money is spent, we can get it back. However, When time is gone,It will never return no matter how rich you are.

But it is a pity that there are a lot of people who do not know the importance of time . They spend all day on smorking, drinking and playing.They do not know that wasting time means wasting life.

As to us, a middle schoole student, School time is a very important period for our growing up. We should make full use of it to do something usefull, just like learning different kinds of knowledge , taking exercise for a good health and so on.

In a word , we should save time.Time is limited and so，very precious. It will not return any more when it is gone.

有人说：“时间就是金钱！”但是我认为时间要比金钱重要很多。为什么？因为但金钱花完的时候，我们还可以赚回来。然而，但时间过去的时候，它就再也不会回来了，无论你多么富有。

但很遗憾的是现在有很多人都不知道时间的重要性。他们整天把时间花在抽烟、喝酒和玩上面。他们并不知道，浪费时间意味着浪费生命。

对于我们来说，作为初中生，学校时光对于我们的成长来说是非常重要的一个时期。我们应该充分利用这段时间去作一些有意义的事情，比如学习各种各样的知识，锻炼身体保持健康等等。

总之，我们应该珍惜时间。时间是有限的，所以是珍贵的。当它过去了就再也不会回来了。

I love English

Good morning, everyone! My name is ****. I’m a student of Great 7 from ***middle school. I ’m very glad to stand here and give you a short speech today. My topic is “I love English”.

English is now used everywhere in the world. It has become the most common language on Internet and for international trade. More and more people has begun to learn English now .

As for me, I love English soon when I began to learn it. I find the great beauty of English language from English songs, English stories and English book. Learning English makes me confident and give me a new colorful world.

I love English. I hope I can travel around the world one day. I want to go to America, I also want to go to London. If I can ride my bike in New York University, how happy I’ll be!

I love English. I hope I can make friends with many people from different countries. I will introduce China to them proudly in English, Such as Great Wall and the Summer Palace.

I know Rome was not built in a day. I believe that I can speak English very well one day if I can study hard. At that time, my dream will come ture.

我喜欢英语。我希望有一天我可以在世界各地旅游。我想去美国，我也想去英国。如果有一天我们再纽约大学骑自行车，我将会有多开心啊！

我喜欢英语。我希望我可以跟来自不同国家的许多人交朋友。我可以自豪的用英语把中国介绍给他们，比如说长城和圆明园。

我知道罗马不是一天建成的。我相信只要我努力，有一天我一定能把英语说好，到那时，我的梦想就可以实现了。
