This specification is PVC insulated power supply cord --- VDE H03VVH2-F 2X0.75mm2 moulded with PVC plug --- YCI-001 and connector --- YCV-013.

Heat shock test

The specimen shall not show any crack or damage

on the surface. (Oven temp.:150 o C±2o C / 1 hr)

Wrapped: insulation is wrapped closely around a

mandrel of a specified diameter for 6 turns.

Finished cable is wrapped closely around a mandrel

of 2 times of specified diameter for 6 turns.

Deformation test

The thickness of specimen shall not decrease more

than 50%.

Oven temp.: 70 o C±2 o C / 4 hrs.

Low Temperature test

The specimen shall not show any crack or damage

on the surface.

Oven temp.: -15 o C±2 o C / 4 hrs.

Wrapped: insulation is wrapped closely around a

mandrel of 3 times of a specified diameter for 6

turns.

Finished cable is wrapped closely around a mandrel

of 3 times of specified diameter for 6 turns.

Flame retardant test

Burn the specimen for 30sec, the specimen either

not be burnt or go out within 60sec.
