问渠那得清如许为有源头活水来赤化中学学生生本培训专题——前置研究同学们,迟日江山丽, 春风花草香,在这春意盎然的日子里,生本的春风也吹进了我们的课堂,我们一改以前老师讲学生听的教学模式,每个同学成为主宰学习的主人,课堂成为了展示我们青春和才华的舞台,在生本的课堂上,我们看到了生命成长的律动,感受到了发自肺腑的真情流露,听到了旁征博引的精彩发言……但是,这所有的变化都开始于前置研究。
下面我就如何准备前置研究给大家交流一些我个人的观点。
北宋时候,有一个著名的画家,名叫文同,他是当时画竹子的高手。
文同为了画好竹子,不管是春夏秋冬,也不管是刮风下雨,或是天晴天阴,他都常年不断地在竹林子里头钻来钻去。
三伏天气,日头像一团火,烤得地面发烫。
可是文同照样跑到竹林子对着太阳的那一面,站在烤人的阳光底下,全神贯注地观察竹子的变化。
他一会儿用手指头量一量竹子的节把有多长,一会儿又记一记竹叶子有多密。
汗水湿透了他的衣衫,满脸都流着汗,可是他连用手抹也没抹一下,就跟没事儿似的。
有一回,天空刮起了一阵狂风。
接着,电闪雷鸣,眼看着一场暴雨就要来临。
人们都纷纷往家跑。
可就在这时候,坐在家里的文同,急急忙忙抓过一顶草帽,往头上一扣,直往山上的竹林子里奔去。
他刚走出大门,大雨就跟用脸盆泼水似地下开了。
文同一心要看风雨当中的竹子,哪里还顾得上雨急路滑!他撩起袍襟,爬上山坡,奔向竹林。
他气喘吁吁地跑进竹林,没顾上抹一下流到脸上的雨水,就两眼一眨不眨地观察起竹子来了。
只见竹子在风雨的吹打下,弯腰点头,摇来晃去。
文同细心地把竹子受风雨吹打的姿态记在心头。
由于文同长年累月地对竹子作了细微的观察和研究,竹子在春夏秋冬四季的形状有什么变化;在阴晴雨雪天,竹子的颜色、姿势又有什么两样;在强烈的阳光照耀下和在明净的月光映照下,竹子又有什么不同;不同的竹子,又有哪些不同的样子,他都摸得一清二楚。
所以画起竹子来,根本用不着画草图。
有个名叫晁补之的人,称赞文同说:文同画竹,早已胸有成竹了。

浅谈农村小学英语中年段前置性作业设计——以“爱种子”教学模式主题拓展课型为例摘要:“双减”政策的持续推进,促进了小学英语课程作业设计的变革。
前置性作业是知识巩固、能力培养和课堂延伸的重要手段,更是落实英语学科核心素养、实现学科育人功能的重要环节。
本文主要结合“爱种子”教学模式中的主题拓展课型及农村小学中年段学生的学情,对小学英语“主题扩展”课型的前置性作业进行内容、形式和反馈等创新设计。
希望通过实施创新性和实践性的前置性作业设计,能够有效激发农村中年段小学生对英语学科知识的自主学习意识,培养其自主探究精神,同时为小学英语一线教学工作者提供一些设计前置性作业的参考和借鉴。
关键词:前置性作业设计;主题拓展;农村一、绪论(一)研究背景1.现实背景2021年7月,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发了《关于进一步减轻义务教育阶段学生作业负担和校外培训负担的意见》,其中明确要求在“双减”背景下减轻学生过重的作业负担,并明确提出了全面压减作业总量和时长。
但是,如何布置小学作业、减轻学生负担,同时还要提质增效,这些问题都值得深思。
教育部在鼓励布置分层作业、弹性作业、个性化作业,科学设计探究性作业、实践性作业,探索跨学科综合作业的同时,于2022年4月8日印发了《关于加强义务教育学校作业管理的通知》,明确提出把握作业育人功能,严格控制书面作业总量,提高作业设计质量等十项要求。
关于前置性作业现状,有研究表明,当前前置性作业在实施的过程中,常常会有“形式化”和“被动性”特点。
现实教学实践中前置性作业往往得不到重视,教师只是为了布置作业而布置作业,对于前置性作业的内容设计关注不够。
[1]前置性作业在学生发展过程中扮演了消极角色,它们某种程度上不但妨碍了孩子们的发展和进步;而且影响了课堂教学的高效进行。
英语学科在小学阶段,教师经常布置前置性的作业,对课文、单词进行形式单一的朗读和抄写,学生往往抱着被动的态度去草草完成,这样既不利于提高学生的英语学习能力,又不利于培养学生英语学科的核心素养。

( 2)课堂上,老师就文章中的内容提几个简单、易懂的问题,或者就将文中所出现的问题进行提问,训练学生的理解能力和语言组织能力。
(1)时间的安排:我尽量在每个班每周的最后一节课,提出预习的要求和内容,比如:收集已学的词汇,复习与新知相关的句型,为新课的学习做好铺垫。
(2)对知识的初步感知:一般会在学生学完前一课的那节课上,留出一点时间播放下一课的录音给学生听,如果是句型学习,先找几个成绩好的学生用情境剧的方式表演,再引导学生听录音,让学生对新课有一个初步的感知。
4.自由组合式。由学生根据自己的意愿自由组合。这样组成的小组,组内的成员大多兴趣爱好相投,感情相融,有利于激发学生的学习兴趣和培养学生的个性。我经常让学生们在课外利用这种方式来互学、互教、互演;或者在课堂上,利用每个unit的最后一个课时,让学生们在相对固定的四人小组表演完了之后,再自由组合,进行交换角色表演或拓展表演。
