俗话说;“民以食为天”在我们中国就有许多美食,如:重庆的火锅、云南的过桥米线、北京的烤鸭、天津的狗不理包子……可我最喜欢的却是普普通通的豆腐汤。

豆腐汤不仅看起来白白嫩嫩的,而且吃起来也非常的鲜美。

可爱的豆腐丁在“河”里欢快的游泳,一片片像“绿叶”似的葱花漂浮在河面上,灰红色大小不一的“肉沫小鱼”从“绿叶”下探出头来,“大石头”——鸡蛋晶莹剔透的,真令人垂延三尺!
豆腐汤的做法也十分简单:把豆腐切成豆丁,然后放入锅中,再倒入适量的水,煮好后拿出事先准备好的肉沫放入锅中,接着倒入黄黄的鸡蛋,最后撒上葱花,这就大功告成了。

一碗热气腾腾的豆腐汤十分鲜香,就算数隔十里也能闻见它那淡淡的清香。

夹起一块豆腐放入嘴中,哇!Q弹爽口,那滑滑的豆腐一进入嘴中,我就感受到了它的鲜味,再喝一口豆腐汤,一股暖流涌上心头。

如果是冬天喝的话,那该多幸福啊!
