本标准适用于公司外购物料编码管理。
本标准由西安煤矿机械有限公司信息化办公室提出并起草,产品设计研究院标准化室归口管理、解释。

本标准适用于公司生产过程涉及到的外购物料的编制。
2.规范性引用文件下列文件中的条款通过本标准的引用而成为本标准的条款。
凡是注日期的引用文件,其随后所有的修改单(不包括勘误的内容)或修订版均不适用于本标准。
凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本适用于本标准。
GB/T1.1-2000标准化工作导则第1部分:标准的结构和编写规则GB/T1.2-2002标准化工作导则第2部分:标准中规范性技术要素内容的确定方法3.编码的目的建立外购物料在信息系统中的唯一性标识,统一编码,统一语言。
4.编码原则本标准给出的分类和编码的规则,遵循以下原则:4.1唯一性一个编码对象有一个唯一代码。
4.2可扩充性分类编码规则须适应外购物料扩充的需要。
4.3适应性分类编码规则应具有一定的适应范围。
4.4简短性编码码位应简短。
5.外购物料分类和编码规则西安煤矿机械有限公司外购物料编码采用“一级分类码+二级分类码+流水码”的方式。
一级分类码、二级分类码和流水码由阿拉伯数字构成,编码长度8位。

电器产品安全认证知识大多数国家特别是发达国家的政府,为了保护消费者的利益,都制定了一些法律条文来保护产品的安全,对涉及安全、卫生、环境保护和电磁干扰等项目的产品,都直接或间接地要求实行强制性的认证。
比如在欧盟国家要求所有电器产品必须满足C E。
这就意味着对我们的产品(灯具)而言,必须满足当地的标准后才能进入市场后才能进行销售。
为了减少风险,生产厂家、中间商(出口商和进口商)及零售商一般会先选择第三方机构或官方指定的测试部门进行测试认证,获得相应合格证书或许可证后才能批量生产售。
比较常见的产品认证有:中国CCC(以前长城认证),欧盟CE,美国UL,加拿大CSA,日本JET/PSE等等。
常见标志含义如下:1.SASO国际符合性认证计划(ICCP)是由沙特阿拉伯标准组织(SASO)自1995年起率先执行的一项对规定产品进行包含符合性评定、装船前验货及认证的综合计划,以保证进口的商品出运前能全面符合沙特的产品标准。
SASO是英文Saudi Arabian Standards Organization的缩写,即沙特阿拉伯标准组织。
SASO 负责为所有的日用品及产品制定国家标准,标准中还涉及度量制度,标识等。
2.CE 标志是欧洲共同市场安全标志,是一种宣称产品符合欧盟相关指令的标识。
使用CE标志是欧盟成员对销售产品的强制性要求。
目前欧盟已颁布12类产品指令,主要有玩具、低压电器、医疗设备、电讯终端(电话类)、自动衡器、电磁兼容、机械等。
3.FCC 是美国联邦通讯委员会的简称,它要求对所有在美国市场上销售的电子产品的电磁干扰进行强制性认证,因此FCC认证是美国联邦法规规定必须获得的认证。
FCC(Federal Communications Commission ,美国联邦通信委员会)于 1934 年由COMMUNICATIONACT 建立是美国政府的一个独立机构,直接对国会负责。
FCC 通过控制无线电广播、电视、电信、卫星和电缆来协调国内和国际的通信。
