台湾凤梨酥

taiwan style Pineapple cake 主料:凤梨膏约600克,奶油150克,低筋面粉300克Main

ingredients:,Approximately 600 grams Pineapple cream,150 grams Cream ,300 grams Self- raising flour

辅料:蛋白1/2个,蛋黄2个,糖粉60克,奶粉25克, Accessories:1/2 egg white ,2 egg yolks ,60 grams Sugar

Powder,25 grams Milk powder ,

调料:水25克,小苏打粉1/4小匙,酥油适量Seasonings:25 grams water,1/4 teaspoon Baking soda powder,appropriate amount of Shortening

制作过程production process

(1)奶油加入糖粉打至乳白色,慢慢加入混合均匀的蛋液。

( 1 ) add cream in sugar powder,mixed until milky white, slowly add evenly mix egg liquid .

(2)奶粉与面粉混合筛过,拌入奶油糊内,将小苏打粉溶于水中后也加入拌匀。( 2 ) milk powder mixed with wheat flour then bolted, mix them in the cream paste, after the baking soda dissolved in water ,also added and mixed well.

(3)将面团分成每份约20克,同样将凤梨膏均分,每一等份约15公克。

( 3 ) divide the dough into about 20 grams per serving, also pineapple paste were divided equally into about 15 grams each serving . (4)将凤梨膏放入作好面皮中包好,模型上涂一层酥油,将凤梨酥面团装入模型中,以150℃烤25分钟即可。

( 4 ) put the pineapple paste into the prepared dough skin in the bag, model is coated with a layer of butter, put the pineapple cake dough into the model, bake it at 150 ℃for 25 minutes.
