摘要

现如今,伴随着工业技术发展以及人口的快速增长,国际海上贸易量逐年增加,海上货运量大幅增高,船舶的地位得到前所未有的重视。船用空压机是船舶航行时的气源装置,主要作用是给潜水呼吸器充瓶,进行呼吸气瓶的高压呼吸空气填装,适合潜水作业、水下工程、潜水运动、深海养殖等潜水领域。船舶空压机种类颇多,有活塞式空压机、螺旋式空压机、电动式空压机等。其中螺旋式空压机在现代化大中型船舶上得到广泛应用。但由于操纵或保养不当,在日常运行中,空压机常会出现各种故障,这时需要根据各系统的原理和自身经验,对各个元件的结构和性能进行仔细地分析研究,并结合实际因素,才能迅速找出故障原因并及时排除。本文主要分析了空压机的机构组成、类型、系统工作原理以及常见故障原因,对有关空压机的检验及管理方法进行了深入探讨,通过查找相关资料以及咨询老师后进行了系统的归纳与总结,认为唯有进一步提高空压机操纵人员发现故障和解决故障的能力才能有效的提高空压机工作效率,为日后船舶的安全行驶提供有力保障。

ABSTRACT

Nowadays, with the industrial technology development and the rapid growth of population, the international maritime trade volume increased year by year, the sea freight volume increased significantly, the status of ship received unprecedented attention. Marine air compressor is a sailing ship air supply device, main effect is to give the aqualung filling bottles, to breathe cylinder of high pressure breathing air filling, suitable for diving, underwater engineering, scuba diving, deep sea aquaculture, and other areas of the diving. Ship types of air compressor, piston air compressor, screw air compressor, electric air compressor, etc. Screw compressor which is widely used in modern large and medium-sized ships. But due to improper manipulation or maintenance, in the daily operation, air compressor often appear all sorts of trouble, at this moment need according to the principle of the system and their own experience, on the structure and properties of the element analysis and study carefully, and connecting with the practical factors, can quickly find out the cause of the problem and to exclude. This article mainly analyzes the to the composition of air compressor, type and working principle of the system and the causes of common faults, relating to the inspection and management methods of air compressor carried on the thorough discussion, by looking for related information and consulting the teacher has carried on the induction and summary of the system, and after that only further improve handling researchers found that the air compressor fault and the ability to solve the fault can be effectively enhances the working efficiency of the air compressor, for the safety of the ship to provide strong support in the future.
